Everyone senses energy differently. Some people say they don’t sense it at all — but with time and focus, that ability can be awakened and amplified.
Ascension Rock
I’m writing from Mt. Shasta, a sacred place of exceptionally strong energy. The energy here isn’t uniform — it shifts differently depending on where you are on the mountain.
My son and I recently visited Ascension Rock, an area we’d never explored before. As we hiked toward it, I began to feel a distinctive throat-opening sensation. I asked my son if he felt anything. He said he did. When I pressed him to describe it, he said it felt like a soft pressure all around his head; different from mine, but unmistakably real.
Another year, my husband and I were driving up the mountain when we both suddenly felt a strong flash of heat — warm, bright, unmistakably positive energy — right in our heart centers. It came out of nowhere. I remember blurting out, “Oh my God, do you FEEL that?” And he, someone who doesn’t usually feel these thing, did.
Your Body Is an Antenna
Your body is an antenna, built to receive and amplify your intuition. You are wired to sense energy. And that ability doesn’t stop at power centers in nature — it extends into the people around you, the choices in front of you, and the deeper currents of your own life.
The question isn’t whether you can feel it. It’s whether you’re paying attention.
With Love,
Krishanti
