Have you ever had a paranormal experience?

A lot of people drawn to psychic/intuitive work have had a paranormal experience that showed them life is really not what we think it is. That there is SO much more to the universe than we can possibly comprehend.

It’s so easy to go about life in a “regular” way, doing things the way society wants us to. So we can have, say, one paranormal experience, push the memory out of our minds, and move on. Or, we can become interested in the mystical world, read up on things, and learn as a hobby. The third option is my personal favorite, though. That’s having this experience lead us down a path that opens our eyes to the mysteries of the universe and changes our lives for the better.

The thing about the paranormal is this: the more we focus on it, the more it becomes normal. Not extraordinary, but ordinary. Our job is to notice. If we have our blinders on, are locked up in our phones, etc, it will just pass us by! And that can happen so easily!

I do this psychic work daily. I am also a wife and mother and I have a cat. Sometimes the magic isn’t as sparkling with all the things going on in life! I recently met with a psychic friend who inspired me. She invited her guides, and signs and snychronicities from them and elsewhere, into her life. She LIVES in the flow these days. Instead of Googling for an answer, she will just look around her, and it will appear. It’s amazing how she has managed to do this. And we all can. It just starts with the intention to do so.

Isn’t it fun to notice signs and synchronicities? Whether you get messages from your guides, angels, power animals or the Universe in general, signs and synchros are a blast to tune into.

When they get complicated, though, is when you’re interested in someone and you see signs about them all over the place. These signs can be pretty intense and also quite confusing, especially when it doesn’t work out with that person. It’s really, really hard when you thought they were the ONE because of all the signs.

There are 3 major areas I’ve identified when a person comes with a lot of signs and synchronicities, but is NOT the epic long-term love you are searching for:

1. They have an intense energy signature.

These people are powerful, whether or not they are aware of it. They deliver signs like some kind of calling card. It’s not that this is your PERSON (sadly). It’s just that this person has super strong energy. They simply come with signs. And you, as a reader of signs, sees them all.

2. You are noticing small details about them bc they are totally on your radar.

Just like when you’re in the market for a new car, you see that car everywhere…you could be noticing details about this person because YOU are a powerful seeker of signs.

3. This person could be a major test or a lesson-teacher.

Hardest of all! But if someone is delivering signs like bonkers and they are NOT the one, they could be here to help you break a pattern, resolve an issue, or in some other way learn, heal, and grow. Hooray.

The best way to handle someone like this is to practice the art of non-attachment. Just notice the signs galore, and don’t automatically believe they mean the two of you are meant to be. See how the person behaves and whether or not anything actually happens between the two of you. This will save you so much time and energy in the long run!

I’ve made a few videos about when people visit you in your dreams. People love them, and have so many experiences to share. I’ve heard countless stories about departed loved ones visiting in the dream state, for example. These incidences are very, very real for the dreamer and provide much-needed comfort and closure.

Today I want to share something really interesting that happened to me in the dream state recently. I don’t remember the dream, but when I woke up, my friend Dominic’s name was on my mind. We’d planned to meet up, but then the winter lockdown in LA happened. Dominic is a shaman, energy healer, and massage therapist. He is wonderful.

I checked my email that morning, and get this – Dominic wrote to me! Not only that, but he said I visited him in his dream that night. I told him about all of this shoulder pain I have, and described a radiating pain all down my neck and spine.

What is nuts (and amazing) about this is that I’d tripped while running the other day and actually got whiplash. I am also re-habbing an injured shoulder with physical therapy.

So that dream WAS a dream visitation – and we made plans to meet and do a trade.

This week I wanted to share an observation that I’ve noticed: it seems that there is a massive surge of energy when someone is born and when someone dies.

It’s so incredibly fascinating and powerful. Have you heard or experienced what I’m talking about?

Batten Down the Hatches for Hurricane Ivan!

I first noticed this when when my son Ivan was born. Everything went haywire!  My cat Aloysius was going bananas, meowing like crazy at all hours. He definitely sensed something was up, as most animals do. But then our electronics went on the fritz, too. Many things broke, but what I remember most was that we had a nice coffee maker that made coffee and espresso. I’d had it for years, and it just went caput. We had to get a new one stat, right before hurricane Ivan made landfall. 😉

The Oven Went with Her…

My dear friend’s mom died last year after struggles with dementia and health issues. Right after she passed on, the stove/oven that had been in the house for over 50 years broke. She died, and the oven went with her. This was particularly poignant because she was the mother, the grounding force of that homestead, and the kitchen was the hub of her home. The oven breaking was very symbolic of her departure.

A few other electronic things went wrong, too, though. I swear that house is alive! One circuit shorted and could have started a blazing fire under my friend’s bed (!)  but it didn’t. The guy who came to repair it said it was a miracle she survived. I think angels and/or her mom were looking out for her there, don’t you?

Spirits Work with Electronics.

Another example of this is with spirits. They are very strong and pushy, and that’s why I am not fond of mediumship. For example, a family member died suddenly last year. I was at the gym the next morning, and my iPod started and stopped more than 10 times. I just KNEW it was her. My iPod had never fritzed out like that before, and it never did again. I feel like what happened there was that her spirit had vacated the body, was shocked, and was here with me (bc she knew I have “the sight”) as well as with her family. I could feel her going back and forth. Thank God the angels came and lifted her up into the higher realms…I felt that, too, and was relieved and grateful. 

Spirits really do mess with electronics. So if you think a spirit is trying to communicate with you, pay attention to lights going out, strange things happening with your circuitry, and radio waves. They will monkey with all kinds of electronic things to get your attention. I can’t explain why, but the energy of the soul impacts electronics. Go figure!

I just wanted to share this fascinating subject with you. There are so many things we don’t know about, but it’s great fun to talk about them and pay attention and notice. No matter how much we KNOW that death is a part of life, it is still difficult to have to endure the departure of someone you love. While it’s easy to understand that they’re in a better place, in limitless form, we still have to forge ahead in the physical realm without them.

That’s why it’s so reassuring to see signs from the other side, and know that they’re still with us, and able to communicate, in spirit.

A very common form of spirit communication that I have noticed over the past few years is through the appearance of BIRDS.

In the video above, I chat about several cases in which birds appeared as a specific sign from loved ones, including one story in which the spirit told me she’d give her loved ones a sign in the form of a bird with blue feathers…and they noticed exactly that type of bird the very next day.

Since the beginning of time, humans have communicated with the spirits of nature in order to obtain information from the unseen world, and the appearance of birds today is just a continuation of that lineage.

While I have pondered a lot about just HOW it’s possible and WHY, I don’t have a specific answer…but I can assume that birds represent the free spirit. I am sure physics has something to do with the how of it too, and in the coming weeks I’ll share with you a download I received about angels manifesting into our dimension through the n-manifold and Euclidian space.

If you have lost a loved one, simply ask for a sign to give you hope and reassurance, and it will appear. If you need more than one, ask for more than one. Allow yourself to be surprised. There is no limit to the amount of support that is available. And from what I’ve noticed in my channeling work, hope and reassurance are two things that the higher forces and beings of light are VERY good at delivering.

Our loved ones who are no longer in physical form are really not all that far away…and these beautiful signs provide comfort in times of need.

Not to be macabre, but death has been on my mind lately. A family friend ended her life two weeks ago, and my dear friend’s mother crossed over on Wednesday evening.

We love to talk about births (in fact, today is my birthday!). But most of us do NOT like the idea of death. My guides have been talking to me a lot about it, and the main takeaway that they want me to know, and to share, is this:

What we think of as death is really a birth into light.

Now, I lost my mother at a young age, and I’ll be the first one to tell you that while I know that full well, it still doesn’t make living here on earth WITHOUT them any easier. I mean, the friend who took her life recently left behind beautiful children who now have to spend the rest of their lives without a mom.

It is so incredibly painful to have to adjust to life without a loved one. But the thing is, they really aren’t all THAT far away…and they will talk to you in your dreams if you are open to it. And that is what the video above is all about.

The family friend who died recently appeared to me in a dream earlier this week, and we spent a great deal of time together, and I remember hugging her and holding her body, which she was so abruptly separated from. It was a peaceful dream, and it was good.

Three years after my mom died, I had one of the most vivid dreams I can remember. We were together, and she was pointing to a very beautiful star-filled sky. She said “I won’t be able to be at your high school graduation, but I’ll be looking down on you from up here.” I woke up in tears, which has never happened aside from that night, and I knew we had been together. My mother had always told me that if she died, she would always be watching over me, and this dream was her way of showing me she was trying to do just that.

If it is any consolation to you, the spirit realm really isn’t that distant from ours. And I also have it on good authority that even if a soul has already reincarnated into another body, the spirit is so vast and omnipresent that they can still communicate and help you out if you need it. It’s like putting a call on hold so you can answer another call.

So if you are missing a loved one and really want to connect with them, set your intention to visit in your dreams, ask for protection and for guidance in your sleep, and then consistently remember your dreams when you wake up in the morning. Know that even if you don’t remember your dreams, you might feel better. Different. Expect it and it will happen.

And please remember, if you are in really dire straits and need help, angels will come the INSTANT you call on them, and they are more powerful and helpful than any soul could ever be. And there are millions of them.
