A dear client, who is very intuitive and creative, asked me to make a video about bedtime rituals. I love a good ritual, don’t you!?! And bedtime is the perfect time to wind down, delve into some fun, wonderful and practical self-care, and program your subconscious mind while you sleep.

Experts say we should stay away from electronics and disengage for a while before bed. They also recommend getting sleep during a certain window of time. In this video, I talk about my favorite techniques to prep for bedtime, including a very easy way to re-program your subconscious mind.
