THIS could be blocking your intuition.

It’s not always easy to tune in to, and to fully trust, what your intuition is telling you at any given moment.

If you feel like this more often than you’d like, there may be a block standing in the way of it working at full capacity, on-demand, when you need it most:

You are not knowing & honoring yourself to your core.

I’m sure you know & honor yourself. I would say the same thing about myself (most days). What I’m talking about here is a deep, strong, unshakable foundation of respect for your inner truth and for your personal way of life. No matter how different it is from that of the people around you.

You’d be surprised at how many people are conditioned to forgo their intuition in order to get along with family, friends, and society. It makes sense from a traditional survival model: stay with the pack for food, shelter, and community. Do not stand out from the pack. Go along to get along for basic survival needs.

However, what is right for the pack is not necessarily right for you. I can’t tell you how many clients have endured horrible jobs and painful relationships for years because that’s what the world told them to do. But once they started trusting their intuition, things changed for the better.

Here are a couple questions to think about around this:

Ever catch yourself doing or saying things that don’t align with your true needs and desires?

Do you trust how you really feel, and know and accept the reasons why?

When you know and trust yourself at the deepest levels, your intuition has more freedom of expression. Even if that means going against what everyone else is saying, thinking, and doing. And oftentimes, that’s what intuition does. It’s for your highest good and your truth – not for everyone else.

Next time you get one of those intuitive feelings in your gut or heart, when you get goosebumps or you hear that small, quiet voice, listen…and let it guide you.

With Love,

Krishanti
