A good way to expand your intuition is to tune in to the spirits of the people you love, going beyond the personality.
This week, I did a session with a client I’ve known and loved for years. She asked about her 4 year-old daughter, who is vibrant, precocious, and absolutely wonderful.
Spirit Speak
Here’s the fun part: this 4 year-old is also intuitive, like her mom. And her spirit wanted to speak! She was in preschool during the reading, but some kids love to pop into sessions energetically. 😉
An Old Soul
She told us she is an old soul. Not a thousand years old. THOUSANDS of years old. She made that very clear. She is ancient, and wise. She went on to tell us about her mission here in this lifetime, her love for her parents, and how she feels at a deep soul level. We got goosebumps.
The Challenge
It’s easy to see the bright spirits in delightful young children and animal companions. What’s harder is to find it in the people who are challenging.
Play tuning in to a variety of people and animals in your life, and notice what your intuition picks up. Trust yourself, too. You may think it’s your imagination, but imagination and intuition go hand in hand.
I guarantee you will notice interesting things – especially if you keep an open heart and mind.
And one other thing – people LOVE to be seen and accepted at the soul level. It’s a gift.
