Send energy healing to your heart and cardiovascular system in a warm & positive group environment. We’ll start with a meditation to ground you and activate your intuition before moving into working on healing your heart and circulatory system.
The meditation I’ll be guiding you through is very active and dynamic – a lot of prompts with moments of silence while we do the work. When like-minded souls get together to work on energy in one group, the effect is even more powerful!
What to Expect
We’ll start at 5-10 minutes past the hour and leave 10 minutes after the meditation to come back and discuss. We’ll be in meditation for about 40 minutes total.
The initial meditation we’ll start with has a very powerful effect on your energy field. It prompts you to ground your entire energy system, including your chakras and your aura. It then replenishes your life force with the energy of your true eternal spirit. Next, it prompts your to run earth energy through the lower centers of your body. Finally, you fill the higher centers with universal life force energy flowing down from your crown chakra.
After this, you will travel through your own body to address and heal your heart and circulatory system. There are 12 major components to your heart itself, including your aorta, atriums, ventricles and valves. This is in addition to to your entire circulatory system. So in this mediation, rather than focus on each of the 12 components of your heart, you will do an overall heart healing, and then move to spread that healing energy throughout your circulatory system.
The energy healing meditation will be recorded so you can use it in the future. Follow this meditation as often as you’d like to promote healing in your body.
