Many of the emotional issues people have do not originate in this lifetime. The soul can be imprinted upon, especially if it experiences trauma, and can carry a record of that into the next lifetime.

This guided meditation is a very gentle, relaxing way to get a glimpse of who you have been in the past. You may get impressions, sensations, and inner “knowings” while listening. It starts out with a progressive relaxation for your entire body. This relaxes your mind and allows you to slip into an alternate form of experience. Do not listen to this meditation while driving or doing anything that requires you to be alert. You may actually fall asleep, in which case…I hope you have a good nap!
