Rather than analyzing your past or revisiting painful memories in detail, this meditation will guide you into a nurturing experience that focuses on comfort, safety, and restoration.

Throughout the meditation, Archangel Kamael, known for love and compassion, will support you. And, by the presence of Archangel Raphael, known for healing and restoration. Together, their energy helps create a feeling of being held in a field of gentleness and care.
You may notice the visualization of a soft pink healing light flowing through your heart and body. This light works symbolically and energetically to loosen emotional knots, ease tension held in the chest, and soothe your lingering hurt. As this meditation continues, it invites you to release thoughts, patterns, or energies connected to self-doubt, harsh self-judgment, or feelings of “not enough.”
You don’t need to force anything to leave. Simply allow space for what is ready to soften.
