I don’t know about you, but I LOVE things that smell divine. LOVE THEM!!! And I’m crazy about essential oils. They really do make me feel good. All I have to do to shift my energy is go into my closet, take out a little bottle, and smell it. Ahhh, aromatherapy!!!!

In this week’s video I talk about essential oils that help you to meditate, raise your vibration, and activate your clairvoyance/psychic abilities/third eye. I used to burn incense a lot, but now that I have a young one at home, I don’t want to have all that smoke in the air. Plus now I have a super amazing essential oil diffuser that is INCREDIBLE and lets me disperse the most beautiful aromas throughout my mediation/reading/energy healing space.

There are tons of essential oils you can use, and they really do help you to calm down or get energized, to help you tune in, raise the energy of a space, and heal you. You can use them in your skincare, put them onto your pulse points, and diffuse them. You can also clean with them, put them into your homemade toothpaste, ingest them, and all sorts of other things too but I usually just put them in my skincare blends and diffuse them.

In the video above, I talk about the ones I use specifically in the work I do. Because it is a longer video (20 minutes!) here is a short breakdown for you of SOME of the oils I use/talk about:

Frankincense: to create a sanctimonious atmosphere
Rosemary: to get you psychic!
Cinnamon: for psychic protection
Lavender: for relaxation, soothing
Cedar: to help with your personal power
Orange: to create an energy of joy

I love essential oils so much I also have a few room spray blends I made that can not only make a space smell better (I live with 3 boys if you count the cat), but also clear your aura and/or clear the energy of a room. Playing with essential oils is SO MUCH FUN!!! In fact, I’m expecting a delivery today with more rose oil, which my guides told me to incorporate into my skincare routine! I’m tickled and frankly, quite excited. It’s the little things, guys. The little things. 🙂

A wonderful person who I have known for quite a while now through the scope of the intuitive realm asked me to talk about the soul path and spiritual purpose of people with disabilities. While every situation is different and there is no blanket statement that covers the life path of every soul who incarnates here on earth, what I can say from what I have experienced is that people with disabilities are usually pretty powerful spirits, some in fact master spiritual teachers who inspire others to learn to be kind, strong, less ego-driven and more open-minded and compassionate.

Many of us walk around so wrapped up in our struggles, so all-consumed by what we are going through in our lives, and so quick to judge everything and everyone that we don’t always see situations through an unclouded filter. People who have disabilities teach us to observe the world differently and to broaden our perspective. Two people who are close to me have disabilities: one obviously so (she can’t walk), and the other rather hidden (he is dyslexic). They have taught me to be patient, to understand their struggles, to treat them no differently than anyone else, and, above all else, to be respectful. They have taught others a myriad of lessons as well, and they themselves are learning volumes upon volumes of lessons about their own strengths.

And so in this video, I chat a bit ineloquently about it (I apologize, I tried to do the video a couple of times before hand and just didn’t get it right so this is my best try!). Thank you for subscribing and for watching.

This week’s video is a very informal look at crystals that help boost your intuition and keep you clear and grounded. It’s not meant to be super instructional or in-depth with definitions of what crystals are purported to do – it’s just a simple walk-through of what works for me and how I use them.

In a very brief nutshell…

  • Clear Quartz crystals help amplify your intuition and open your third eye and crown centers
  • Amethyst really helps boost your intuition and heighten your ability to connect into the higher realms
  • Selenite clears your aura and personal space
  • Obsidian, hematite, and other black stones are very grounding
  • Rose quartz helps open your heart, grounding you into the energy of love and forgiveness
  • And there are oodles of other stones whose names I have forgotten but are very helpful

A viewer asked me to talk about crystals, hence this video. My take is that they can be very useful and some are indeed very powerful – you can feel the energy. However, they are not ESSENTIAL in developing your intuition and healing abilities; rather, they are nice tools to have if you like to buy things and you feel they assist.

A really fun intuition-boosting/psychic power-enhancing exercise is to go to a place where they sell crystals and stones and just hold them and feel the energy, noting the vibration you sense, the way the stone makes you feel, and what it activates in you. When I first held the large grounding hematite I show in the video, I could instantly sense a very deepening, soothing vibration and I loved it. Same with other crystals I have.

So, again, this is just a fun and silly look-see of what I have and is extremely UN-TECHNICAL so please don’t get upset if I don’t give you deeper encyclopedic-level meanings of stones. I just sense their energy, get a general meaning for what they do, and go from there. 🙂

AND NOW, some fun talk about your third eye and clairvoyant pictures!!!!!

If you are interested in psychic development, this video will be a fun watch. I love it because I really like the top. I mean I love this top. I want to marry this top. Or at least wear it very, very often.

Does that make sense? Maybe not. But neither do clairvoyant pictures when you are beginning to open your third eye and play with clairvoyance.

Clairvoyance doesn’t make sense practically speaking. It’s very creative and imaginative, and many people are not in the space to really let go and let the pictures inform them, because the pictures are oftentimes metaphorical and, well, downright WACKY.

But if you really stick with the wackiness, watch the pictures more, and let them begin to tell a story, you will find that clairvoyance is incredibly rich in metaphor and unbelievably accurate – in a different way that makes complete sense.

Intuition and psychic-ness is often not literal. It’s very dream-like and fluid and unusual. It’s not analytical – it’s imaginative. And therein lies the magic!
