For many people, the term “aura” seems pretty new-agey. But when you think about it, it makes perfect sense – everything that vibrates naturally emits an energetic force field, so your aura is just the vibration that your cells, molecules, and emotions make.

It is very easy to work with your aura: by just imagining it changing, it actually does change. This, too, makes common sense, because when a particle/photon/electron is viewed, it changes – that’s Quantum Theory.

A healthy aura equates to a healthy body and emotional field, so if you work to balance both, you’ll be in great shape. Here are some of the things your aura needs to be healthy and strong:

  • Sunlight
  • Nature
  • Fresh clean water
  • Fresh clean foods
  • Plenty of rest
  • Good physical activity
  • Positive emotions
  • Positive thoughts
  • High-vibrational music
  • High-vibrational atmospheres

And there you have it! Everything on the opposite end of that list equates to a weaker, clogged, clouded or even torn aura. The good thing is, damage to the aura can be repaired with energy work and intention. You can do this yourself by simply following the basics of the list above, or by working with an energy healer, massage therapist/bodyworker, traditional therapist, TCM practitioner, etc.

A nice, clean, strong aura keeps you feeling good and clear. It helps you manifest what you want to experience in life, and it equates to good physical health as well. Maintaining your aura is as important as brushing your teeth, and it’s as easy to do as applying lotion to your body each day. 🙂

It’s imperative for your personal and spiritual growth that you take time out for self-care, to slow down, tune out the noise of the world around you, and retreat. However you wish to do that is your prerogative (I just noticed how funny that word is spelled!), but just be sure to do it and know that this, too, will impact your overall health, happiness, and well-being!

I had a re-discovery of Joseph Campbell recently, whose teachings I’ve been aware of since childhood when my mom listened to his conversations with Bill Moyer and bought his book, The Power of Myth.

Joseph Campbell lectured about myths from all over the world that inform us of who we are and where we come from, and as an adult, it’s so refreshing to read about them from his very scholarly standpoint.

I tend to not get too “out there” in my discourses, as the whole idea of clairvoyance in and of itself is pretty “out there” for a lot of people (although to be honest, it is rather simple and something we are all evolving into – remember how we only use about 10% of our brain capacity?). However, there are some common threads in world religion and mythology that point to something much deeper beneath the surface than we allow into our mundane, everyday lives. Things that have to do with the very fabric of our reality.

This video above is rather rambling, but I just wanted to point out a couple of interesting things that came up for me in re-reading Joseph Campbell, and thinking about Jainism, moksha, samsara, the Tree of Life, and Yggdrasil.

One thing that is pretty fascinating is how we all automatically think of the sky or look up when we think of God. What is kind of funny is that, if you think of primitive humans looking up at the stars, what do you think would come out of the sky?

I don’t get a lot into aliens in the things I teach, as getting too much into the alien thing is MOST DEFINITELY out there, but the concept really does amuse me. How could there NOT be life on other planets? The multi-verse is more expansive than we can possibly imagine! The idea that we are the only form of life, and that we are the most advanced (hah!) is pure hubris.

Can you imagine that some of these myths early humans created are indeed based on reality? I was in Canada this summer, and had the honor of getting to meet a mystical artist who, like me, is half Indian and half Irish, although she is native while I am from the Indian sub-continent. We were talking about legends and myths, star people and shape-shifters, and she told me to read the story of the White Buffalo Calf Woman, a super natural being who interacted with the tribal people. I did some channeling while I was up there, and the Ascended Masters told me to read the story of Nanabozho, who was a shape-shifter from another realm, to learn more about the sacred land (known as the home of the Great Spirit, Wakan Tanka), that I was in. You see, these legends are full of stories of mystical beings appearing on earth. That they were made up, or a figment of someone’s imagination, is just the boring way to explain it away.

Our reality is full of so much more mystery than we can even imagine! All we have to do is be open, be willing to be surprised, and to look beyond the veil for deeper meanings. And then, things will start to unfold.

If you need help with that unfolding, I’m here to help with readings, energy healings, on-demand meditations and my psychic development training program. So just reach out! 🙂

I haven’t dated for many moons, but I work with enough women in my practice to have a glimpse into what the reality of it is – not easy and, to put it bluntly, oftentimes not fun.

When women call me for insight into relationships, they’ve already had a gut feeling that leads them to seek out answers. And that gut feeling is always right. So, I made this video to talk about that, and to also say that there is a whole other tricky thing happening when it comes to sociopaths and pathological liars. I have been tricked TWICE in a psychic space by people who are so fully convinced that they are not being duplicitous or lying, that even their souls show me they are being truthful in sessions. It’s a definite psychological disorder, and the level of non-truthfulness runs so very deep that it shifts energy as well.

Let me just tell you this: if you have reason to doubt or speculate about someone you’re dating, and you sense something isn’t right, guess what? It isn’t. It could be something glaringly obvious, or it could be a string of little things that leads you to suspicion. One of my favorite people turned into a Super Sleuth with someone she was dating and, after some effort, got straight to the truth; I am in awe of her diligence and insight. The person she was dating was a pathological liar – one of the two people I mentioned in the video above who tricked me in a session. 🙁

We are hardwired biologically to protect ourselves, so it makes perfect sense that we would have a sense, a feeling, or a knowing that something isn’t right with someone we are dating. Of course, sometimes we get blindsided, especially by those who are so good at covering up the truth that they even trick themselves. However, what I have seen is that more often than not, there are other things that happen to warn us. Maybe your friends don’t like him, or your kids. Kids are excellent judges of character. Friends might not always tell you the truth, but kids will. And parents (even if we don’t want to hear it).

The more you trust your intuition, the more it works for you. But if you find yourself on the sour end of something that has gone wrong, it might also help to know that sometimes we just need to see it to believe it. Like, to stick it out with the person until you find out the hard way. If that has happened or is happening to you, don’t punish yourself for it – just chock it up to experience and do what my Super Sleuth friend did – get a journal and take notes assessing every subsequent person you date until it works out.

We are all in this together, and as women let’s support each other on the path of truth, knowledge, intuition and insight. If there are specific things you want me to cover regarding intuition and dating and getting a read on someone’s energy, please let me know, and I promise you I will work on it.

I am sure you’ve heard the phrase “what’s your story” or, if you’re working on improving yourself and your life, the healing method whereby you re-write the story of your life.

We all have a story; our lives are stories. What is your story like? Is it the kind you’d love to read? Or are you telling yourself, and everyone around you, a story that diminishes you or keeps you in a pattern or cycle that is less than positive?

If you are in a scenario that’s not so great and you want to change it, the first thing to do is to look at it as though it is nothing but a pretend story. What are you telling people about yourself and your life? What do you talk about all the time? What are you thinking about? How are you perpetuating this story?

Many of us wear our stories like a cloak around our bodies. They become interwoven with our aura, and therefore these stories literally become US. But if we stop talking about the stories, stop complaining about them, and stop being them, we can remove that cloak and don a new, sparkling cape that tells a different story.

Life is all about cycles, patterns, eras. And the biggest thing about these cycles and patterns and eras is that they can all come to an end. They can mutate, shift, and transform. We can choose to end patterns, become different people, and improve our lives. It just takes a concerted effort and a willingness to shed the old skin in order to make way for new growth.

It’s not like we’re getting rid of ourselves, our core being – it’s an upgrade. If you want a laugh, I made this video (in which I talk about getting rid of physical objects when I did The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up earlier this year) wearing a dress that I got in high school. It’s one of the few clothing relics from that era and I kept it to remind myself that I can change, and be a new and improved version of myself, but still retain that part of me that was young and hopeful and wore a silly yellow dress from a vintage store with red lipstick. In essence, still be me. Does that make sense?

I have done a lot of work on re-writing the story of my life, and little by little, it has made a difference. There are two easy ways you can do it. One is doing a hypnotic regression or guided meditation where you go back to your childhood and change the really traumatic things and make yourself feel better. Another involves associating with a new archetypal image and imagining you are that god or goddess or superhero. Both have been amazing for me – so try them if you are so inclined! All it takes is a little time and imagination.

If you are interested in healing and transforming your life, remember I’m always here to help, with readings, energy healings, on-demand meditations and my psychic development training program. So just reach out! 🙂

I don’t talk about this a lot, but my entire childhood was steeped in metaphysics and spirituality. And because of that, I NEVER in a million years would have thought I’d be devoting my life to spiritual work. My main entry into this world as an adult was through psychic and clairvoyant development, which made it all much more magical and fun and not boring like it was when I was a kid.

As a child, I had to sit through long boring lectures and was forced to meditate, which I firmly believe no child should be forced to do. It was not fun. It was arduous. It had me rolling my eyes like there’s no tomorrow.

Nowadays, when I watch people talk about spirituality, I see a lot of similar lecture type things taking place, and nothing makes me want to tune out more than a long, dry, convoluted lecture.

Which got me thinking: where did this whole lecture thing come from? And then I got it: CHURCH!

Religions were all about keeping people in order and getting them to be good. A lot of religions put the fear of God into people so they would behave. Christian church gatherings were about sitting on a hard wooden bench and being lectured to.

Nowadays, things are changing. In fact I went to mass with a friend not too long ago and really liked the service. But the idea that being really spiritual and having that be hard is still with me and I think with a lot of us. We feel like we have to be serious, to be uber devoted, to not laugh or have fun or be silly.

What I have seen in the psychic work that I’ve done, though, is that we grow the most and are most protected (I talk about psychic protection in the video above too as it’s something I have really had to work on) when we are happy and enjoying ourselves and feeling good. Not arduous or overly serious: happy!

So, no, intensive spirituality does not have to be and really should not be arduous. Nor should you have to sit and be lectured by someone you don’t want to be lectured by. The world is filled with many spiritual teachers, so if you feel so inclined, explore, read, and follow as many people and modalities as you’d like to, or don’t follow anyone and link straight up to Higher Power yourself.

It used to be that the high people in organized religion represented the regular people’s link to God; they were the emissaries of God. Nowadays, we are allowed and invited to bypass the middle man and go straight to God ourselves, and that experience of God can be however, whenever, and whatever we want it to be. That kind of freedom means FUN, too! The universe does have a sense of humor and it’s great to experience that.

That same goes for any work you are doing to improve yourself. The minute you change the idea that it’s hard, punishing labor and get in the zone of creativity and fun, everything will shift and you will absolutely notice that.

So, out with the boring lectures and self-recrimination and in with the spirit of fun and happiness!

My son Ivan is 5 now – almost 6 already! So when a viewer asked me to talk about maintaining a spiritual practice when you have small kids, I was thrilled to try and address it.

I haven’t talked a lot about spirituality and spiritual parenting and all that because frankly, I am still in the throes of it and just maintaining. I am not in “expert” mode. In fact, when Ivan was 2, an entrepreneur asked me to create a course and/or a series of meditations for new moms and I had to tell her I had NO IDEA how to help with that, and also I didn’t have the time, because I was still kind of overwhelmed.

To be honest, when you have even one young child, you don’t get much (or any) time to yourself to focus on things like your spirituality, meditation practice, brushing your teeth, or going to the bathroom in privacy.

So first things first, the one thing you can do without a doubt is practice MINDFULNESS, the art of being fully and totally engaged in the present moment. Really in the moment, appreciating the moment, being 100% totally and completely present. That is a whole spiritual lifestyle if you will, and if you just commit to that when your kids are little, you will be a superhero.

Another thing you can try is to carve out time for your practice, no matter what. Like time in the evening after they go to bed, no matter how tired you are, or time in the morning before they wake up – if that’s at all possible. Nap times can work, if your kids still nap. Otherwise, if you have a partner, call on that person to give you a break at regular intervals so you can focus on your practice.

It is no easy task to juggle doing it all when you have young kids, so be gentle with yourself! If all you can squeeze in is 10 minutes a day, try that – and/or if you want to use this time to devote to mindfulness, it is just about the easiest thing you can do, to engage completely and be here in every.single.moment. In retrospect, I feel like if I had decided that that was the thing I was doing when Ivan was little(r), it would have been easier.

So if you have little ones at home and would like to maintain your spiritual practice, I wish you all the best! It can be done and it should be enjoyable and simple. And once they go to school, you WILL have more time to gather your energy. 🙂

As you already know, I learned how to be psychic and clairvoyant. And one thing that’s interesting about the particular type of clairvoyant training I received from my teacher Debra Katz, a student of famed clairvoyant master teacher Lewis Bostwick and the Berkeley Psychic Institute, is the notion of Baby Beings.

We as a society tend to focus A LOT on the after life and life after death. But what is equally as common as seeing the souls of people who have passed on, is seeing little Baby Beings around people who are either jonesing for kids or are just potential portals for life to be created.

If you’re interested in this odd clairvoyant phenomenon, I chat all about it in the video above. It’s quite funny and interesting to me, because as women we are all potential portals for life, therefore baby beings tend to hang out in our auras hoping to be born. I haven’t seen baby beings in the auras of men, because first of all, most of the men who come to me are not asking about their future babies, and secondly, I work mostly with women anyway. So that’s that!

There is so much more to this world than meets the eye, and the more naturally we relate to and think about things, the more we can see that we are living in a reality that has many more dimensions and depths than we can even fathom! So I hope you find this discourse interesting.

Today’s message is all about shifting your vibration to manifest or attract money. It’s the second part of a two-part series on shifting your vibes to manifest what you want; the week before last (I skipped a week b/c of the 4th of July!) I talked about how to shift your vibes to attract a romantic partner.

There are a lot of teachers and authors who talk about manifesting money, so I am sure you’ve heard it and get it – but we can all use a refresher, right? And the two big keys to help open up the flow to more prosperity are basically 1) to release your fears about not having enough and 2)to get into the feeling place of what you want; the experience of it, instead of just the “having” of it.

Everyone has a different experience of money or lack thereof, so to make a blanket statement about why you’re not in the zone of having as much as you’d like is different for each and every individual. A lot of it has to do with your parents, your family, and how you were raised. Much of it has to do with how much you think you are worth.

Because I have been working with channelling and gathering information this way (after doing clairvoyant readings and healings for 10+ years now and getting some clairaudient info here and there, this channelling thing is super new and exciting and fascinating to me!) let me just paraphrase for you what the Masters told me about this:

*******

There is so much fear surrounding money or the lack thereof. To change your vibration to attract more money, one must let go of fear and self-recrimination, these deep-seated ideas about those in power, about balancing the scales, about terrible outdated ideas like slavery. Working with the small amount you have, appreciate it, hold it, think of how you can allocate or spend it, and feel how abundant you are with this.

This is all based on capitalism, in other societies this is a non-issue, oh how the world is so skewed, it has always been this way with the majority of mankind, greedily amassing things. It was not always so. True joy and happiness comes in basking in the presence of others, enjoying the beauty of the world, this is all that is truly necessary in order to thrive. To be at peace with oneself and one’s surroundings, to commune with the divine.

The easiest way to change your vibration to attract more money is to release feelings of lack, of shabbiness, and of being slovenly. Work hard and work smart, understand that it is not wise to tightly grasp money in one’s fist, but to be one with it’s fluidity, so that it can flow easily. To un-dam the river and allow it to flow. Open to the flow, with a meditation.

*******

And I do have a free “Attracting Abundance” meditation to share with you! Click HERE to listen to it.

I hope this helps and I wish you all the best in your manifesting journey! Remember to try and make it FUN, too – everything shifts with the energy of joy, excitement, and happiness!

First things first, I know the term “negative people” is a strong one, but it seems to get to the point pretty much. We are all sparks of the divine, but some of us, either throughout our lives, or at different points in our lives, can be a tad negative.

When you start working to raise your vibration and get your energy strong and high, and/or if you are an empath like I am, you will notice people’s energies and you will likely not really want to be around negative people. The most common advice is to just stay away from them or avoid them. But, as Julia (who does energy healing work) said, this isn’t always possible. And she’s right. So I sat down with the Ascended Masters to see what they had to say about coping with negative people.

For the full run-down, check out the video above. In a nutshell though, they said that negative people are in pain, and that you can’t change them unless they want to change. If you can’t avoid them, i.e. if they are your family or they’re a part of your work life, you must keep your vibration as high as possible so that they will either 1) distance themselves from you or 2) be less negative around you. I know that is a lot easier said than done – while writing this out I am totally remembering some unkind gossips from a former workplace – but in any event, raising your vibration is the best thing you can possibly do energy-wise and it will help, so there is no problem in trying it!

Also, here are some steps for dealing with negative people that the Masters outlined:

  • Be neutral
  • Do not excite or anger yourself or them
  • If you cannot avoid them, become transparent
  • Charge yourself with light; bask in light
  • Forgive yourself for anything this stirs up in you
  • Take time to mend and heal after interacting with a negative person

Consistently work to raise your vibration to high levels (what works for me is following guided meditations, exercising, being creative, being outside, listening to great music, laughing, and spending time with people I love) and it will help repel negativity on all fronts. However, even if you do this, you won’t be able to avoid them 100%, because they’re simply a part of life. Unless you live far away from civilization, you will encounter a variety of different energy types.

I hope this helps! And remember, if you need help with connecting to your own intuition or would like guidance in any area of your life, I’m here to do readings, healings, spiritual coaching packages AND one-on-one psychic development training – so don’t hesitate to contact me for a session at ask@krishanti.com.

First of all, this message is NOT going to be about how constant cell phone use is a terrible, awful, very bad thing, so let’s get that out of the way.

Phones are fun! All the things you can do on them besides talking…reading this blog post, texting, countless apps, the internet, music, pictures…I mean I used my phone to make the video above. I love my phone! I can’t live without it! And yet, that doesn’t seem like a good thing. So when Jen asked me to ask the ascended masters about cell phone addition (she is annoyed by her phone!), I got right to it.

Basically, the gist of what they said is:

  • Cell phones are helping us to become more telepathic
  • A new form of groupthink is being created through the use of these devices
  • People are grounding into their phones instead of the earth and THAT’S not so great
  • It’s important to take time away from the phone and do activities that engage you entirely
  • It’s also important to spend time with people in the flesh

So basically, if you think of telepathy as a spiritual practice (and I do, because telepathy goes hand in hand with intuition, which connects you to the divine), phones can help with that and that’s great. They can also help you to stay connected to others, and to participate in this new form of groupthink that’s being created.

However, too much involvement in the world of your phone will cause you to be ungrounded and not here in this 3-D reality that is all around you.

So, time you can spend without engaging with your phone is good, and the use of your phone is good too. Everything in moderation. As for breaking the addiction, they recommend just putting it down, taking breaks, etc. They actually said to not get annoyed or irritated with it, or it will start to malfunction – and you don’t need THAT!

If there is something fitting you’d like me to ask the Ascended Masters about (of a universal nature), please let me know. I make videos every week and while there are tons of topics to cover, I’d most love to talk about things YOU are interested in.

And that’s all for now!
