If you read last week’s post, you’ll know I just finished doing The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up. And it led me to make this video, which is all about clothes, your awkward inner child, and how to heal her.

During the “tidying” process, I stumbled upon a photo of myself that only a mother could love. I really did not like the photo in any way.. it wasn’t even funny “Flashback Friday” awkward. It was awful, and it just triggered EACH AND ALL of my ugly-dorky issues. And so, after tearing said photo up and throwing it in the trash, I did a powerful age-regression meditation to heal that sh*t. (click here if you want to buy it from Orin and Sanaya Roman).

And then I got over myself and made some more videos, which I never would have been able to do if not for all of this healing and energy work. In fact, I actually created a program called “Reinvent Your Self-Image” to address just this issue – and it was after designing that program that I was able to get on camera in the first place. Before that? Videos? FORGET IT!!!

Time and time again, I meet with (mostly) women who have the exact same issues that I have. Although we are quite lovely now, an awkward, pimply inner pre-teen wearing off-brand clothing lurks within (typically in the solar plexus chakra), making us feel unattractive, unworthy, and, worst of all, unloveable.

The good news is, the minute we become aware of this, we can begin to heal and transform it. In the second half of the above video, I talk about how to do just that. Age regression meditations, where you go back in time to heal and re-write your past, really help. Working on visualizing yourself as you are now or as you would like to be definitely helps, too – plant that image in your solar plexus chakra with lots of brilliant golden sunlight for maximum effect. And the meditations and exercises in “Reinvent Your Self-Image” are powerful – just do them until you work through the energy. You’ll know when you’ve done it.

I really love clothes, so I talk about it a lot in this video. What has been coming up lately with several clients I’ve met with recently too is hair; beautiful women who are wearing their hair in a way that doesn’t suit them. Not that I am one to talk about hair, as my hair issues are another thing, but let us save that for another day. 😉

I wish you the best of luck in healing and reinventing your self-image. You are not alone in this. And remember, if you need help with connecting to your own intuition or would like guidance in any area of your life, I’m here to do readings, healings, spiritual coaching packages AND one-on-one psychic development training – so don’t hesitate to contact me for a session at ask@krishanti.com.

So I’ve had the book, The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up, for like a year and a half now. I was excited to receive it as a gift from a friend and read one sentence or so, chatted with another friend about it, who mentioned a specific sock-folding process, and then put it on the shelf for future reference.

While browsing for CDs for a road trip at the library (I am old school like that), I found it and decided to try and just get it done. I had no idea what I was really getting myself into.

Clearing is an integral part of the energy healing process, and every spiritual person on the planet knows you have to keep your place in order. I talk about it in several of my programs, have been guided to tell clients to do it, and do it for myself, often.

HOWEVER, Marie Kondo’s advice in this book goes deep, and the way she has you do the program is truly unique. At one point I was thinking I should call my process whilst working this program, “The Life-Changing Magic of F$*k I Can’t Do This!” because it is truly all-encompassing and slightly overwhelming.

In this video, I chat about it a little bit. I made the video last week, and this week some other things shifted. I was guided to do a healing on myself regarding my issues with clothes – I love clothes, but rarely feel put together. In fact I often feel frumpy. Of course it dates back to childhood. So THAT felt good and I was able to part with several more items of clothing that just don’t work – clothing “shoulds” that don’t spark joy.

The place feels much lighter and cleaner, and because my husband did the program too, we have both noticed a new level of clarity in the home. The spice cupboard looks AMAZING, the closets are squeaky clean, and while Ivan’s toys are not 100% there yet (as I said in the video, I did not follow the program to a “T”), the air in here does feel lighter. Yay!

The book sold over 3 million copies so if you have one and have yet to do the program her way, I highly recommend you try it! It is great fun, in retrospect…I think. Well, at least it’s eye-opening. I am still working the process of relating to my possessions and I like that A LOT. They do carry our energy with them, and if we love and respect them, we are also loving and respecting a part of ourselves and our life process here on earth. And that is pretty amazing, right?

That’s all for today! If you need help with connecting to your own intuition or would like guidance in any area of your life, I’m here to do readings, healings, spiritual coaching packages AND one-on-one psychic development training – so don’t hesitate to contact me for a session at ask@krishanti.com.

The “Spiritual” Look

,

This is somewhat of a light topic this week, so I’ll keep the message short too. It’s about fashion, image, and the “spiritual” look. I LOVE the “spiritual” look and I love the topic of personal style and how we use it to tell ourselves and the world a story about who we are.

Adapting a “spiritual” look means a lot of different things to a lot of people. Monks wear robes. Sikhs wear turbans. Nuns wear habits. Many other spiritual people don uniforms that adhere to their spiritual lifestyle. And a lot of people wear crystals, stones, beads, and all sorts of things that remind them of their spiritual path. In fact, last year I had golden earrings made for me in the form of a rose. These earrings are an homage to my clairvoyant training, which changed my life. The specific clairvoyant method I use taught us to direct our imagery into viewing receptacle in the form of a rose, and it’s so special to me I wanted to have earrings to remind me of how beautiful and precious this work is.

In the video above, I explore the topic of the spiritual look a bit with some anecdotes about the whole thing. What is interesting for me personally is how people react to me considering I look very normal and not woo-woo and may seem in fact perhaps a tad conservative. I am gradually getting back to my very bohemian roots and like reinventing my look every year, but my time spent in corporate America, as well as my wish to be taken seriously with this psychic and energy healing stuff which EVERYONE CAN LEARN HOW TO DO!, makes me want to present a more approachable appearance.

There are 2 things we have to remember about our look: one is that we can constantly change it and reinvent ourselves WHENEVER WE WANT. Why stay stuck in a rut? Why not try out new colors, new styles, new things? It’s fun and a great way to instigate change in other areas of our lives.

The second thing is that we can’t really judge a book by a cover. Any charlatan can put on a robe and call themselves a guru, just like any mom running around town in “athleisurewear” can be a spiritual teacher, clairvoyant, and energy healer even if she looks super plain and normal.

So, just a simple but interesting topic today…if you have any comments on the matter or observations from your own life please let me know! 🙂

Hi!

Do you like to get presents? I do! I like to give them, too. Which is why I’m giving YOU my brand new video course, Reinvent Your Self-Image.

The tools and exercises in this workshop are aimed to help you transform the image you project out to the world so people see you for who you REALLY are and how you authentically want to be seen. It is a super fun, healing, transformative program that will shift your life – and the image you project – from the inside out.

CLICK HERE to get it FREE!

Whenever I create programs, I do all the work on myself, too. In fact, sometimes the ideas for new programs come because it’s time for me to grow/evolve and heal.

And I gotta tell you – the energy healings and transformative exercises in this course really helped me shift and change. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but I forayed into doing videos this year (and, of course, this program is all video-based too). I could NEVER have done that without doing the healing work in Reinvent Your Self-Image. I am the type of person who deletes 95% of all photos taken, and I used to literally CRINGE when I heard my own voice and/or saw myself on video. And guess what? The exercises in this workshop healed that.

The Reinvent Your Self-Image program can change your life in the most wonderful, exciting, fun and easy way, and I hope you love it!!!!

All the Best!

Krishanti
