Psychometry is a great exercise to help boost your intuition and clairvoyance while helping you tune in more easily to your “gut feelings” about things. I did a video about it a while back, but a subscriber asked me how to specifically read the past using this method, so here it is!

The interesting thing about psychometry is that it helps you fine-tune your awareness of the subtle energies all around us. Our objects are made of energy, and that energy gets “imprinted” by our emotions and the general energetic vibration we produce. There’s a charge to our life force, and that charge is so powerful it imbues the objects we interact with with our own vibration.

I’ve always thought it would be great fun to get to do a past life regression in an ancient powerful place, or to hold museum-quality artifacts and objects to get a psychometry read on them. The things that hold the most vibration are typically metal, but I’ve had great success with jewelry and even lipstick!

The more you get used to reading the energy of objects (and people), the easier it is to just trust your intuition explicitly and to know, without a doubt, that your impressions and instincts are 100% valid and accurate. One of the biggest challenges that most people face when working on their psychic and intuitive abilities is trusting themselves. The more you practice, the better you get – and psychometry is one of the easiest ways to get that practice.

Of course, no matter how intuitive you are, it’s nice to get a second opinion. And I’m here to help with readings, energy healings, on-demand meditations and my psychic development training program. So just reach out! 🙂

It’s my son Ivan’s first official day of Kindergarten today, so I am going to keep the message part of this short as 1) part of me is distracted thinking about how he’s doing even though my guides said he’s fine now and 2) I have to pick him up in 30 minutes.

The video above is all about the future, which is something every human being on earth is interested in at some point or another. No matter how much we practice mindfulness and living in the present moment, we all have a bit of curiosity about how certain aspects of our lives will unfold in the future – and this all comes out in psychic readings, where the sky’s the limit as to what you can ask and get intel on!

There are some tricky aspects to reading into the future, though. Here they are in a nutshell:

1. When asking about someone else, you can never tell 100% for sure what they are going to do because they have free will and can change their mind at any given moment and do something different
2. You, too, have free will and can do the same
3. You can change certain parameters re. circumstances in the future but still have the same outcome as to life lessons, learning experiences, etc.
4. Time is slippery and therefore difficult to pinpoint exactly, even with a variety of methods of divination at hand
5. Even if you know something is going to happen in the future, i.e. it is fated, you still have to live your life in the present moment!

What is interesting to me is the concept that all we have is now, because the collective I’ve been channelling for a year now has been explicit in telling me that time is happening all at once, which of course is a very different concept from our past, present, and future delineations. It’s true that in the earth plane we must focus on the now as it unfolds and not dwell on the past or worry about the future. But in the psychic realms, you can get different glimpses of things, which is very interesting. There are some things that are set in stone and unchangeable, but some things can be changed, both in the past and in the future. However, that’s more intense mystical work and only effective if you focus deeply and immerse yourself in those alternate realities. Today I just meant to chat about asking about the future and reading into it. 🙂

I hope you find this interesting; if there are other topics you’d like me to cover please let me know by emailing me at ask@krishanti.com.

All the Best,

I haven’t dated for many moons, but I work with enough women in my practice to have a glimpse into what the reality of it is – not easy and, to put it bluntly, oftentimes not fun.

When women call me for insight into relationships, they’ve already had a gut feeling that leads them to seek out answers. And that gut feeling is always right. So, I made this video to talk about that, and to also say that there is a whole other tricky thing happening when it comes to sociopaths and pathological liars. I have been tricked TWICE in a psychic space by people who are so fully convinced that they are not being duplicitous or lying, that even their souls show me they are being truthful in sessions. It’s a definite psychological disorder, and the level of non-truthfulness runs so very deep that it shifts energy as well.

Let me just tell you this: if you have reason to doubt or speculate about someone you’re dating, and you sense something isn’t right, guess what? It isn’t. It could be something glaringly obvious, or it could be a string of little things that leads you to suspicion. One of my favorite people turned into a Super Sleuth with someone she was dating and, after some effort, got straight to the truth; I am in awe of her diligence and insight. The person she was dating was a pathological liar – one of the two people I mentioned in the video above who tricked me in a session. 🙁

We are hardwired biologically to protect ourselves, so it makes perfect sense that we would have a sense, a feeling, or a knowing that something isn’t right with someone we are dating. Of course, sometimes we get blindsided, especially by those who are so good at covering up the truth that they even trick themselves. However, what I have seen is that more often than not, there are other things that happen to warn us. Maybe your friends don’t like him, or your kids. Kids are excellent judges of character. Friends might not always tell you the truth, but kids will. And parents (even if we don’t want to hear it).

The more you trust your intuition, the more it works for you. But if you find yourself on the sour end of something that has gone wrong, it might also help to know that sometimes we just need to see it to believe it. Like, to stick it out with the person until you find out the hard way. If that has happened or is happening to you, don’t punish yourself for it – just chock it up to experience and do what my Super Sleuth friend did – get a journal and take notes assessing every subsequent person you date until it works out.

We are all in this together, and as women let’s support each other on the path of truth, knowledge, intuition and insight. If there are specific things you want me to cover regarding intuition and dating and getting a read on someone’s energy, please let me know, and I promise you I will work on it.

And if you are interested in healing and transforming your life, remember I’m always here to help, with readings, energy healings, on-demand meditations and my psychic development training program. So just reach out! 🙂

I don’t talk about this a lot, but my entire childhood was steeped in metaphysics and spirituality. And because of that, I NEVER in a million years would have thought I’d be devoting my life to spiritual work. My main entry into this world as an adult was through psychic and clairvoyant development, which made it all much more magical and fun and not boring like it was when I was a kid.

As a child, I had to sit through long boring lectures and was forced to meditate, which I firmly believe no child should be forced to do. It was not fun. It was arduous. It had me rolling my eyes like there’s no tomorrow.

Nowadays, when I watch people talk about spirituality, I see a lot of similar lecture type things taking place, and nothing makes me want to tune out more than a long, dry, convoluted lecture.

Which got me thinking: where did this whole lecture thing come from? And then I got it: CHURCH!

Religions were all about keeping people in order and getting them to be good. A lot of religions put the fear of God into people so they would behave. Christian church gatherings were about sitting on a hard wooden bench and being lectured to.

Nowadays, things are changing. In fact I went to mass with a friend not too long ago and really liked the service. But the idea that being really spiritual and having that be hard is still with me and I think with a lot of us. We feel like we have to be serious, to be uber devoted, to not laugh or have fun or be silly.

What I have seen in the psychic work that I’ve done, though, is that we grow the most and are most protected (I talk about psychic protection in the video above too as it’s something I have really had to work on) when we are happy and enjoying ourselves and feeling good. Not arduous or overly serious: happy!

So, no, intensive spirituality does not have to be and really should not be arduous. Nor should you have to sit and be lectured by someone you don’t want to be lectured by. The world is filled with many spiritual teachers, so if you feel so inclined, explore, read, and follow as many people and modalities as you’d like to, or don’t follow anyone and link straight up to Higher Power yourself.

It used to be that the high people in organized religion represented the regular people’s link to God; they were the emissaries of God. Nowadays, we are allowed and invited to bypass the middle man and go straight to God ourselves, and that experience of God can be however, whenever, and whatever we want it to be. That kind of freedom means FUN, too! The universe does have a sense of humor and it’s great to experience that.

That same goes for any work you are doing to improve yourself. The minute you change the idea that it’s hard, punishing labor and get in the zone of creativity and fun, everything will shift and you will absolutely notice that.

So, out with the boring lectures and self-recrimination and in with the spirit of fun and happiness!

Hi from Beautiful Manitoulin, Canada! Or as I like to say, Canadia.

The earth energy here is VERY strong and quite sacred, so I’m still doing my work taking appointments for readings and healings, etc. while Ivan and I enjoy his grandparents’ favorite summer spot.

This week’s chat is about everyone’s favorite topic – predicting the future and TIMING! It’s something we all want to know, but that we also know is hard to predict for two very important reasons: 1. humans have free will so there’s no telling what someone else (or even you yourself!) will do in the future and 2. time is this weird construct and can be finicky.

While some readers don’t mind making predictions, I always try to steer clear of that because it’s just too much of a wild card. In fact, I did a trade with someone who is renowned for her abilities to pinpoint timing, and she inadvertently applied retrocognition to my future – meaning she predicted some major things for my future, but those things had ALREADY happened. It’s a common thing that happens because time is slippery. However, because I want to make people happy or give them some semblance of what is likely to occur, I have developed a couple of “hacks” for predicting timing, always with the caveat that timing is not set in stone.

The first hack is using your cards to narrow down the number of years in which something is likely to happen.

The second hack is using remote viewing to jump to a place in time and get a sense of the date.

Both are things you can do if you read cards or work on your clairvoyance, and both are interesting to play with. But because of the nature of time, I would never guarantee 100% that something is likely to happen within a certain timeframe because, well, you just never know! That’s where the art of surrender comes in handy and you can just let go and let the future unfold as it will.

I hope this helps, and if you’d like to set up a session to work with me or get super psychic yourself, just click here.

My son Ivan is 5 now – almost 6 already! So when a viewer asked me to talk about maintaining a spiritual practice when you have small kids, I was thrilled to try and address it.

I haven’t talked a lot about spirituality and spiritual parenting and all that because frankly, I am still in the throes of it and just maintaining. I am not in “expert” mode. In fact, when Ivan was 2, an entrepreneur asked me to create a course and/or a series of meditations for new moms and I had to tell her I had NO IDEA how to help with that, and also I didn’t have the time, because I was still kind of overwhelmed.

To be honest, when you have even one young child, you don’t get much (or any) time to yourself to focus on things like your spirituality, meditation practice, brushing your teeth, or going to the bathroom in privacy.

So first things first, the one thing you can do without a doubt is practice MINDFULNESS, the art of being fully and totally engaged in the present moment. Really in the moment, appreciating the moment, being 100% totally and completely present. That is a whole spiritual lifestyle if you will, and if you just commit to that when your kids are little, you will be a superhero.

Another thing you can try is to carve out time for your practice, no matter what. Like time in the evening after they go to bed, no matter how tired you are, or time in the morning before they wake up – if that’s at all possible. Nap times can work, if your kids still nap. Otherwise, if you have a partner, call on that person to give you a break at regular intervals so you can focus on your practice.

It is no easy task to juggle doing it all when you have young kids, so be gentle with yourself! If all you can squeeze in is 10 minutes a day, try that – and/or if you want to use this time to devote to mindfulness, it is just about the easiest thing you can do, to engage completely and be here in every.single.moment. In retrospect, I feel like if I had decided that that was the thing I was doing when Ivan was little(r), it would have been easier.

So if you have little ones at home and would like to maintain your spiritual practice, I wish you all the best! It can be done and it should be enjoyable and simple. And once they go to school, you WILL have more time to gather your energy. 🙂

As you already know, I learned how to be psychic and clairvoyant. And one thing that’s interesting about the particular type of clairvoyant training I received from my teacher Debra Katz, a student of famed clairvoyant master teacher Lewis Bostwick and the Berkeley Psychic Institute, is the notion of Baby Beings.

We as a society tend to focus A LOT on the after life and life after death. But what is equally as common as seeing the souls of people who have passed on, is seeing little Baby Beings around people who are either jonesing for kids or are just potential portals for life to be created.

If you’re interested in this odd clairvoyant phenomenon, I chat all about it in the video above. It’s quite funny and interesting to me, because as women we are all potential portals for life, therefore baby beings tend to hang out in our auras hoping to be born. I haven’t seen baby beings in the auras of men, because first of all, most of the men who come to me are not asking about their future babies, and secondly, I work mostly with women anyway. So that’s that!

There is so much more to this world than meets the eye, and the more naturally we relate to and think about things, the more we can see that we are living in a reality that has many more dimensions and depths than we can even fathom! So I hope you find this discourse interesting.

Hiyeee!

Summer is here and we’ve been making ice cream, popsicles, and fruit slushies galore up in the kitchen. It made me think of the summer of 2011, six years ago, when I was hugely pregnant with Ivan and religiously eating ice cream DAILY because A) It was hot B) I could and C) it had calcium to help build that baby’s bones! 😉

I’ve been meaning to chat about my magical and spiritual pregnancy and labor for some time now, so here it is. I was quite fortunate in how the whole thing went down, and I communicated with Ivan daily up until the day I told him he could come – and he did, that same night, just 6 days early.

I can attribute the easy labor to a few spiritually-centered factors:

  • An angelic Doula (my friend for over 20 years) who did energy work
  • The calm and patient help of my husband
  • The teachings of midwife Ina May Gaskin
  • Using a fun and easy mantra
  • Visualising 2 powerful divine feminine archetypal symbols
  • Calling the angels into the 4 corners of the delivery room
  • Summoning the spirit of my Irish Catholic Grandma Loretta Murray who had 8 babies

And there you have it!

Whether you are pregnant now, intend to be at some point in the future, or are just interested in the process, I hope this info is helpful and/or at least interesting!

I’ll keep it short and sweet this week in honor of SUMMER FUN!

And remember, if you need help with connecting to your own intuition or would like guidance in any area of your life, I’m here to do readings, healings, spiritual coaching packages AND one-on-one psychic development training – so don’t hesitate to contact me for a session at ask@krishanti.com.

First things first, I know the term “negative people” is a strong one, but it seems to get to the point pretty much. We are all sparks of the divine, but some of us, either throughout our lives, or at different points in our lives, can be a tad negative.

When you start working to raise your vibration and get your energy strong and high, and/or if you are an empath like I am, you will notice people’s energies and you will likely not really want to be around negative people. The most common advice is to just stay away from them or avoid them. But, as Julia (who does energy healing work) said, this isn’t always possible. And she’s right. So I sat down with the Ascended Masters to see what they had to say about coping with negative people.

For the full run-down, check out the video above. In a nutshell though, they said that negative people are in pain, and that you can’t change them unless they want to change. If you can’t avoid them, i.e. if they are your family or they’re a part of your work life, you must keep your vibration as high as possible so that they will either 1) distance themselves from you or 2) be less negative around you. I know that is a lot easier said than done – while writing this out I am totally remembering some unkind gossips from a former workplace – but in any event, raising your vibration is the best thing you can possibly do energy-wise and it will help, so there is no problem in trying it!

Also, here are some steps for dealing with negative people that the Masters outlined:

  • Be neutral
  • Do not excite or anger yourself or them
  • If you cannot avoid them, become transparent
  • Charge yourself with light; bask in light
  • Forgive yourself for anything this stirs up in you
  • Take time to mend and heal after interacting with a negative person

Consistently work to raise your vibration to high levels (what works for me is following guided meditations, exercising, being creative, being outside, listening to great music, laughing, and spending time with people I love) and it will help repel negativity on all fronts. However, even if you do this, you won’t be able to avoid them 100%, because they’re simply a part of life. Unless you live far away from civilization, you will encounter a variety of different energy types.

I hope this helps! And remember, if you need help with connecting to your own intuition or would like guidance in any area of your life, I’m here to do readings, healings, spiritual coaching packages AND one-on-one psychic development training – so don’t hesitate to contact me for a session at ask@krishanti.com.

A lot of people are interested in astral projection – just not me! So when a viewer asked me to talk about the difference between astral projection and a regular dream, I really didn’t know the answer – but luckily, my best friend from high school (and former past-life twin sister) is very adept at it. In fact, she’s so good at it that she wrote an eloquent and detailed explanation that she allowed me to read to you guys.

What I DO know is that our consciousness is not limited to the experience of being in the physical body. It is constantly cycling in and out at all times – that’s why, when you sit down to do a proper clairvoyant reading or energy healing, you have to call all of your energy back into your body, so that you can be fully grounded and fully present.

I don’t really hang out in the astral realm (sometimes I would inadvertently “go there” during readings but I am working hard to not let that happen any more) because there seems to be not much there that is very helpful when I am in a healing space. Instead, I focus my energy on going to the highest plane as I possibly can, to connect with higher sources than those who are directly associated with the human realm.

It’s a tricky thing and if you’re not interested, it won’t make much sense, but what I can liken it to is the difference between calling on a departed loved one for guidance, vs. calling on Archangel Michael. Loved ones are awesome and can be extremely helpful – don’t get me wrong – but angelic help is a whole other ballgame.

In any event, if you are interested in more about astral projection, watch/listen to the video above, and just protect yourself with tons of light if you’re headed that way!
