Do you ever wonder what you’re HERE for? Everyone has a different life path, purpose, and overall “raison d’être.” For the most part, though, specific details aside, we’re all here to leave the world a better place than it was when we arrived.

Does that mean inventing something that changes lives? How about saving the planet? Maybe discovering a cure for a life-threatening disease? It could.

But one of the simplest and easiest ways you can establish what you are here for while making a lasting impact in the world is by simply helping others.

And by helping others I don’t mean joining the Peace Corps or toiling away in a soup kitchen every weekend, although volunteering is a wonderful thing to do (and my guides offer it a LOT as a suggestion to help people who are feeling sad, lost, or stuck in a rut).

Helping others can come in all types of ways, including being fully present and engaged, in person, with the people you share your life with: family, friends, and those you interact with on a daily basis.

In the video above, I talk about how my favorite aunt took a vested interest in me and my life path after my mom dramatically cut us off from her entire family when I was a kid, and then died of cancer. Despite how hurtful that was, my aunt became determined to find out what had happened to us and even hired a private detective to get intel. That is how she discovered that my mom had died and I was living with my father (from whom my mother had also been estranged, but luckily the Department of Child Services found him).

My aunt was (and continues to be) a steady force through all of my years of healing, seeing me through the rest of my teens and 20’s, always there for me no matter what. She sent letters and care packages, arranged trips, and was always there when I needed her, listening to me complain and cry and struggle my way through college, work life, and more. Her guidance helped me heal. She was there, and she was steady.

She inspired me to become a healer (she herself is an incredible therapist and healer). Her actions spread light – and then inspired me to shine brightly again and share my light with others.

I don’t know if I would be where I am today if not for her.

So you see? Just by taking an interest in the lives of others, by being available and loving, you can make a HUGE difference in the world and leave it a better place than it was when you arrived. We are all interconnected, and the more of us looking out for another – well, it creates this effect. The love and the light spreads.

Thanks for reading and watching. And remember, if there’s anything if your life that you need assistance with, I’m here to help with readings, energy healings, on-demand meditations and my psychic development training program. So just reach out! 🙂

I don’t talk about this a lot, but my entire childhood was steeped in metaphysics and spirituality. And because of that, I NEVER in a million years would have thought I’d be devoting my life to spiritual work. My main entry into this world as an adult was through psychic and clairvoyant development, which made it all much more magical and fun and not boring like it was when I was a kid.

As a child, I had to sit through long boring lectures and was forced to meditate, which I firmly believe no child should be forced to do. It was not fun. It was arduous. It had me rolling my eyes like there’s no tomorrow.

Nowadays, when I watch people talk about spirituality, I see a lot of similar lecture type things taking place, and nothing makes me want to tune out more than a long, dry, convoluted lecture.

Which got me thinking: where did this whole lecture thing come from? And then I got it: CHURCH!

Religions were all about keeping people in order and getting them to be good. A lot of religions put the fear of God into people so they would behave. Christian church gatherings were about sitting on a hard wooden bench and being lectured to.

Nowadays, things are changing. In fact I went to mass with a friend not too long ago and really liked the service. But the idea that being really spiritual and having that be hard is still with me and I think with a lot of us. We feel like we have to be serious, to be uber devoted, to not laugh or have fun or be silly.

What I have seen in the psychic work that I’ve done, though, is that we grow the most and are most protected (I talk about psychic protection in the video above too as it’s something I have really had to work on) when we are happy and enjoying ourselves and feeling good. Not arduous or overly serious: happy!

So, no, intensive spirituality does not have to be and really should not be arduous. Nor should you have to sit and be lectured by someone you don’t want to be lectured by. The world is filled with many spiritual teachers, so if you feel so inclined, explore, read, and follow as many people and modalities as you’d like to, or don’t follow anyone and link straight up to Higher Power yourself.

It used to be that the high people in organized religion represented the regular people’s link to God; they were the emissaries of God. Nowadays, we are allowed and invited to bypass the middle man and go straight to God ourselves, and that experience of God can be however, whenever, and whatever we want it to be. That kind of freedom means FUN, too! The universe does have a sense of humor and it’s great to experience that.

That same goes for any work you are doing to improve yourself. The minute you change the idea that it’s hard, punishing labor and get in the zone of creativity and fun, everything will shift and you will absolutely notice that.

So, out with the boring lectures and self-recrimination and in with the spirit of fun and happiness!

I am really good at making things difficult, even when I don’t intend to do so. Basically I am so used to things being hard that I don’t know how to make them easy – or there is some programming there that makes me feel like it’s not supposed to be easy. Do you ever feel like that?

Before I get more into this, first let me tell you a little story about where I am these days…spirit-wise that is.

Last year, around May in fact!, I started experiencing this shift in energy. It was like nothing I have ever felt before – like an opening in my throat with a pressure on the right side of my head. I consulted with one of my most trusted psychic friends and meditated a great deal, and decided to pursue it more. Turns out, when I tune in, I am in a whole other space – what they call the 4th and 5th – and am getting downloads from light beings who are basically…a group of Ascended Masters.

I work with them daily now, and while I have been hogging a lot of their time with personal issues, I do get messages of a larger nature that I can share with you. And please note, I have been hesitant to broadcast this because it’s so new and different (for me, at least). But the messages are so strong, so loving, and so helpful that it is time to start sharing them with you.

Recently they (and by they, it’s first my main Blue Guide who I have known for a while now but I can hear much more clearly now, and then others, layer upon layer of others, who I see mostly by color and PS some are divine feminine healers, a group of them!) started talking to me about making things difficult and they said I could share it.

So this transmission was about that – about reasons why, and about what to do when things are difficult. I found it really helpful. Especially at the end, when they talk about people in the darkness who SPAT at the light (I was not sure if they said “spit” or “spat” but I liked the way “spat” sounded).

I hope it helps and if you have questions of a universal nature you’d like me to sit with and ask them, and then do a video/email on, I am sure they would be happy to provide higher guidance.

In closing too, if you need help with connecting to your own intuition or would like guidance in any area of your life, I’m here to do readings, healings, spiritual coaching packages AND one-on-one psychic development training – so don’t hesitate to contact me for a session at ask@krishanti.com.
