I had a re-discovery of Joseph Campbell recently, whose teachings I’ve been aware of since childhood when my mom listened to his conversations with Bill Moyer and bought his book, The Power of Myth.

Joseph Campbell lectured about myths from all over the world that inform us of who we are and where we come from, and as an adult, it’s so refreshing to read about them from his very scholarly standpoint.

I tend to not get too “out there” in my discourses, as the whole idea of clairvoyance in and of itself is pretty “out there” for a lot of people (although to be honest, it is rather simple and something we are all evolving into – remember how we only use about 10% of our brain capacity?). However, there are some common threads in world religion and mythology that point to something much deeper beneath the surface than we allow into our mundane, everyday lives. Things that have to do with the very fabric of our reality.

This video above is rather rambling, but I just wanted to point out a couple of interesting things that came up for me in re-reading Joseph Campbell, and thinking about Jainism, moksha, samsara, the Tree of Life, and Yggdrasil.

One thing that is pretty fascinating is how we all automatically think of the sky or look up when we think of God. What is kind of funny is that, if you think of primitive humans looking up at the stars, what do you think would come out of the sky?

I don’t get a lot into aliens in the things I teach, as getting too much into the alien thing is MOST DEFINITELY out there, but the concept really does amuse me. How could there NOT be life on other planets? The multi-verse is more expansive than we can possibly imagine! The idea that we are the only form of life, and that we are the most advanced (hah!) is pure hubris.

Can you imagine that some of these myths early humans created are indeed based on reality? I was in Canada this summer, and had the honor of getting to meet a mystical artist who, like me, is half Indian and half Irish, although she is native while I am from the Indian sub-continent. We were talking about legends and myths, star people and shape-shifters, and she told me to read the story of the White Buffalo Calf Woman, a super natural being who interacted with the tribal people. I did some channeling while I was up there, and the Ascended Masters told me to read the story of Nanabozho, who was a shape-shifter from another realm, to learn more about the sacred land (known as the home of the Great Spirit, Wakan Tanka), that I was in. You see, these legends are full of stories of mystical beings appearing on earth. That they were made up, or a figment of someone’s imagination, is just the boring way to explain it away.

Our reality is full of so much more mystery than we can even imagine! All we have to do is be open, be willing to be surprised, and to look beyond the veil for deeper meanings. And then, things will start to unfold.

If you need help with that unfolding, I’m here to help with readings, energy healings, on-demand meditations and my psychic development training program. So just reach out! 🙂

As you probably already know (because I say it CONSTANTLY!), I learned how to be psychic and intuitive.

And because of this, I know for a fact that we can all do it. I’ve worked with groups and with individual people to help them tune in and amplify their innate abilities, and never have I met anyone who is flat out completely and totally unable to tap in to either clairvoyance, clairaudience, or empathy.

However, we all have weaknesses. A common one for a lot of people is the fear of being wrong. The thing is, once you start putting your intuition to practice, you’ll find that it’s not about right or wrong – it’s about INSIGHT. And intuitive insight is always helpful. It’s all about the vibes!

ANYWHO, what is very interesting about the psychic development world is that your ability to tune in is oftentimes directly related to your excitement and/or interest in the subject matter. It makes sense, doesn’t it? If you are fascinated by something, or driven by the desire to know more or learn more, you will be more inclined to pursue it.

I talk about it in the video above, but a recent example of this happened with my Clairvoyant student Courtney, who definitely has clear sight. I was teaching her how to do Remote Viewing, and had her look into my closet, which was great fun for the both of us. Note: She was at home in Kentucky, while I was at home in Los Angeles. We were doing the training over the phone. And Courtney was so incredibly accurate I had to laugh! It was as though she was really here with me, or we were FaceTiming, because that was how amazing it was. But she, like me, loves clothes and shoes, so it was a win-win. When it comes to subjects that are trickier, or not as easy/fun, we can block ourselves because of the fear of being wrong, or just the boredom/distraction factor (a story about how that happened to me in a Remote Viewing class is in the video above too).

If you are interested in boosting your own psychic and intuitive abilities, first trust that you have them, and then embrace the idea that it can be EASY. Don’t throw yourself under the bus by making yourself do right/wrong games, but try and just get a sense or feeling of things. Tune in to people or situations for yourself and for others. Make a game of it, and make that game fun. The more you work those intuitive muscles, the more they will grow. I guarantee it!!

And remember I’m always here to help, with readings, energy healings, on-demand meditations and my psychic development training program. So just reach out! 🙂

I don’t talk about this a lot, but my entire childhood was steeped in metaphysics and spirituality. And because of that, I NEVER in a million years would have thought I’d be devoting my life to spiritual work. My main entry into this world as an adult was through psychic and clairvoyant development, which made it all much more magical and fun and not boring like it was when I was a kid.

As a child, I had to sit through long boring lectures and was forced to meditate, which I firmly believe no child should be forced to do. It was not fun. It was arduous. It had me rolling my eyes like there’s no tomorrow.

Nowadays, when I watch people talk about spirituality, I see a lot of similar lecture type things taking place, and nothing makes me want to tune out more than a long, dry, convoluted lecture.

Which got me thinking: where did this whole lecture thing come from? And then I got it: CHURCH!

Religions were all about keeping people in order and getting them to be good. A lot of religions put the fear of God into people so they would behave. Christian church gatherings were about sitting on a hard wooden bench and being lectured to.

Nowadays, things are changing. In fact I went to mass with a friend not too long ago and really liked the service. But the idea that being really spiritual and having that be hard is still with me and I think with a lot of us. We feel like we have to be serious, to be uber devoted, to not laugh or have fun or be silly.

What I have seen in the psychic work that I’ve done, though, is that we grow the most and are most protected (I talk about psychic protection in the video above too as it’s something I have really had to work on) when we are happy and enjoying ourselves and feeling good. Not arduous or overly serious: happy!

So, no, intensive spirituality does not have to be and really should not be arduous. Nor should you have to sit and be lectured by someone you don’t want to be lectured by. The world is filled with many spiritual teachers, so if you feel so inclined, explore, read, and follow as many people and modalities as you’d like to, or don’t follow anyone and link straight up to Higher Power yourself.

It used to be that the high people in organized religion represented the regular people’s link to God; they were the emissaries of God. Nowadays, we are allowed and invited to bypass the middle man and go straight to God ourselves, and that experience of God can be however, whenever, and whatever we want it to be. That kind of freedom means FUN, too! The universe does have a sense of humor and it’s great to experience that.

That same goes for any work you are doing to improve yourself. The minute you change the idea that it’s hard, punishing labor and get in the zone of creativity and fun, everything will shift and you will absolutely notice that.

So, out with the boring lectures and self-recrimination and in with the spirit of fun and happiness!

My son Ivan is 5 now – almost 6 already! So when a viewer asked me to talk about maintaining a spiritual practice when you have small kids, I was thrilled to try and address it.

I haven’t talked a lot about spirituality and spiritual parenting and all that because frankly, I am still in the throes of it and just maintaining. I am not in “expert” mode. In fact, when Ivan was 2, an entrepreneur asked me to create a course and/or a series of meditations for new moms and I had to tell her I had NO IDEA how to help with that, and also I didn’t have the time, because I was still kind of overwhelmed.

To be honest, when you have even one young child, you don’t get much (or any) time to yourself to focus on things like your spirituality, meditation practice, brushing your teeth, or going to the bathroom in privacy.

So first things first, the one thing you can do without a doubt is practice MINDFULNESS, the art of being fully and totally engaged in the present moment. Really in the moment, appreciating the moment, being 100% totally and completely present. That is a whole spiritual lifestyle if you will, and if you just commit to that when your kids are little, you will be a superhero.

Another thing you can try is to carve out time for your practice, no matter what. Like time in the evening after they go to bed, no matter how tired you are, or time in the morning before they wake up – if that’s at all possible. Nap times can work, if your kids still nap. Otherwise, if you have a partner, call on that person to give you a break at regular intervals so you can focus on your practice.

It is no easy task to juggle doing it all when you have young kids, so be gentle with yourself! If all you can squeeze in is 10 minutes a day, try that – and/or if you want to use this time to devote to mindfulness, it is just about the easiest thing you can do, to engage completely and be here in every.single.moment. In retrospect, I feel like if I had decided that that was the thing I was doing when Ivan was little(r), it would have been easier.

So if you have little ones at home and would like to maintain your spiritual practice, I wish you all the best! It can be done and it should be enjoyable and simple. And once they go to school, you WILL have more time to gather your energy. 🙂

I am really good at making things difficult, even when I don’t intend to do so. Basically I am so used to things being hard that I don’t know how to make them easy – or there is some programming there that makes me feel like it’s not supposed to be easy. Do you ever feel like that?

Before I get more into this, first let me tell you a little story about where I am these days…spirit-wise that is.

Last year, around May in fact!, I started experiencing this shift in energy. It was like nothing I have ever felt before – like an opening in my throat with a pressure on the right side of my head. I consulted with one of my most trusted psychic friends and meditated a great deal, and decided to pursue it more. Turns out, when I tune in, I am in a whole other space – what they call the 4th and 5th – and am getting downloads from light beings who are basically…a group of Ascended Masters.

I work with them daily now, and while I have been hogging a lot of their time with personal issues, I do get messages of a larger nature that I can share with you. And please note, I have been hesitant to broadcast this because it’s so new and different (for me, at least). But the messages are so strong, so loving, and so helpful that it is time to start sharing them with you.

Recently they (and by they, it’s first my main Blue Guide who I have known for a while now but I can hear much more clearly now, and then others, layer upon layer of others, who I see mostly by color and PS some are divine feminine healers, a group of them!) started talking to me about making things difficult and they said I could share it.

So this transmission was about that – about reasons why, and about what to do when things are difficult. I found it really helpful. Especially at the end, when they talk about people in the darkness who SPAT at the light (I was not sure if they said “spit” or “spat” but I liked the way “spat” sounded).

I hope it helps and if you have questions of a universal nature you’d like me to sit with and ask them, and then do a video/email on, I am sure they would be happy to provide higher guidance.

In closing too, if you need help with connecting to your own intuition or would like guidance in any area of your life, I’m here to do readings, healings, spiritual coaching packages AND one-on-one psychic development training – so don’t hesitate to contact me for a session at ask@krishanti.com.

Hi and Happy Thanksgiving!

Or not so happy, if you’re dreading family time like so many others this year. If you feel like you don’t fit in with your family and wonder if you are perhaps a changeling (in ancient lore, that’s a fairy baby: the fairies come in and steal the human baby and put a changeling in it’s place in the cradle), try this short test and find out:

You might possibly be a Changeling if:

1. You feel like you are from an entirely different planet than your family
2. Your parents and siblings just don’t understand or accept you or your views
3. Your family doesn’t really know who you are and they don’t seem to want to know either
4. No matter what you say to your family, it’s heard through a terrible filter
5. You feel really bad about yourself after spending time with your family

OK, all sadness aside (because that test is sad! My energy goes down every time I read it), a lot of beautiful radiant light workers like YOU really don’t connect with their families of origin, and it’s one of the most incredibly difficult and painful things for a person to deal with.

In fact, on the whole topic of fate vs. free will which I have been thinking about a lot lately, the family thing is one of those definite FATE things that happens right off the bat. Here you are, emerging into the world fresh and new and straight from source, right into the hands of…OH GOD NO, NOT THIS AGAIN!

If you feel you aren’t a part of the tribe you were born into, the truth of the matter is that this is definitely something your spirit chose to go through in order to grow and evolve. By feeling what it’s like to be misunderstood, rejected, mistreated or abandoned, your spirit is undergoing sort of like the SAT’s of spiritual evolution in the face of adversity.

How do you ace that test? By separating, healing yourself, forgiving yourself and them, and by sharing your light with people who do love and accept you. There are more healing modalities available to you than ever before, too, and so many light workers all over the planet who can help you with great love. The process should actually be fun, because doing the things you need to do to heal make you feel GOOD – great even. It’s not like you have to toil through it. You can grow with joy, with light, and with love (and a lot of self-love too, because that is essential).

If everything were easy, if you had parents that thought the world of you and siblings who were your best friends and just a perfect Norman Rockwell family…well, you’d get challenges in other areas of your life. And maybe it seems like people with great families have more support when facing those challenges, but we can’t know that for sure. Everyone’s path is unique, and you don’t know what it’s like to be in their shoes unless you ARE them.

Anyway, in the video above are some basic tips for coping with your family when you’re on the spiritual path (and you suspect you may be a fairy baby/changeling). And for the record, two of my dearest friends are downright boycotting Thanksgiving altogether – which you have every right to do if you feel so inclined.

How do you feel about the way you look – REALLY?

I have worked with so many people from all walks of life, and believe you me when I tell you, 95% (if not MORE!) of all of us are not thrilled with how we look.

Whether it’s because of how we were raised, how other kids treated us in school (in 4th grade a cute popular boy stared at me and when I asked him why he said “Because you are so ugly! You look like an ugly witch, with your big ugly witch nose and your ugly witch chin.”), or anything else – we all have appearance issues. Even the models and actors (especially the models and actors, LOL).

Spiritually speaking, this disconnect from our bodies is obviously painful and causes a rift between how our spirit and soul expresses itself in this physical reality. If you hate your body or the way you look, it’s not comfortable for your spirit to fully occupy it, so it’s hard to be fully present in the here and now, and, bottom line, to fully enjoy your life. That means it’s hard to:

1. be happy
2. feel good
3. manifest things and experiences you want
4. radiate love from your heart chakra to yourself and everyone around you
5. keep your body healthy and strong

(to name a few things!)

In this video I talk about a couple of very simple and fun techniques to raise your self-esteem and not cringe at your reflection in a mirror or your image in a photograph.

Another thing you can do, which I didn’t really cover so much, is to just LOVE LOVE LOVE your body for working for you. Love your hands for doing all these things for you. Love your feet for supporting you. Love your eyes for seeing, your ears for hearing, your mouth for tasting and talking, your brain for thinking, your heart for beating, your lungs for breathing. Be gentle and good to yourself. Stop with the criticism: enough is enough.

With Love and Light!

When You Get Mad at God.

,

Have you ever felt mad at God? It’s pointless and ridiculous, but it happens to the best of us!
I have. I was pissed at God for years and years, because I had these expectations that I felt he/she didn’t meet.

See, I blamed God for letting my mom suffer and die from cancer. I was a “miracle baby” because she had cancer when she was pregnant with me and the doctors swore we’d both die. But we made it, and her cancer went into remission. I was 10 when it came back, and 15 when she died. For 5 long years I PRAYED. And prayed and prayed and prayed, every night, for God and Jesus Christ and anyone else who was listening to alleviate her pain, to make her well again, and most of all, to keep her with me because I was a kid and I loved her more than anyone else in the world.

And then, she did suffer (big time) and she died. So I turned my back on God and was depressed for aeons.

Here’s what changed everything.

One day, I received an amazing clairvoyant reading and healing that woke up my soul, and gradually, after learning how to be psychic, I decided I’d try and use that ability to figure out a) who and what God is b) why my mom suffered and c) how I felt about it all. I now 100% know that God did hear my prayers, and while my mom still suffered and died, God was with me the entire time. Looking back, I had a surprisingly optimistic outlook for someone going through that. And after it happened, many, many incredible people were there to help me out, including an angel therapist named Joy who I’ll never forget, and well it just makes me cry to think about it.

You probably have your own ideas and feelings about God, and because that’s so personal, I’m not gonna preach at you. But I will say, I feel way better loving God now than I ever did not loving her/him. This Monday, as I reclined in the dentist’s chair getting drilled for my birthday crown (I got a crown as a belated birthday present to myself! I love crowns! Just not the kind they put on your teeth!), I just meditated and prayed the whole time. I called the Archangels in as I did when my son was born, and I swear to you they were there, and Archangel Michael held my hand and told me to be strong.

Thanks for letting me share all of this and I’d love to hear what you think too. So put a comment on Youtube so everyone can join in, or Facebook or wherever your social media travels take you. If you feel like a reading or healing would help you figure out your God issues (or any issues!) just email me: ask@krishanti.com.
