If you’re on the spiritual path, raising your vibration and evolving your soul, I’m sure the subject of reincarnation has come up at some point or another. I’ve found that tuning in to my soul as an energy that has reincarnated time and time again helps me to understand my journey, the lessons I am learning, the people I’m sharing this experience with, and why.

In the grand scheme of healing in the intuitive realm, reincarnation is one of my FAVORITE topics of all time. So I was delighted when someone asked me to talk about recognizing people from past lives!

It seems to be that, generally speaking, there is a spark of recognition that takes place when it comes to meeting people you’ve shared lives with in the past. It can vary according to the person and the relationship, but there is usually a knowing on some level. And that can be in a positive sense, a neutral sense, or a negative sense.

There’s a lot of focus when it comes to reincarnation, past lives, and soul mates, on the relationships you have that are positive and make you feel great. But on the flip side, there are relationships that are not so pleasant, ones that help you to learn and grow, through more challenging lessons, and many of those relationships can stem from past life agreements as well. You will joyfully recognize friends and loved ones from past lives who make your life great, and you will probably not-so-joyfully recognize others as well.

In the video above, I chat about this in more detail, and also talk about the notion of time when it comes to past lives. Many of us like to think in the framework of linear time, but we must be careful not to get too hung up on the notion that our most recent life before this, or the life that is most directly affecting THIS ONE RIGHT NOW, was the one a few years or decades prior to the year you were born in this incarnation.

Freeing yourself from that belief can help you detach from historical situations and focus more on life themes that took place in a completely different era altogether – BC or AD – and connect more deeply into your development as a soul unrelated to historical events of a certain timeframe.

Many people I have worked with, myself included, are completing loops of karma and life lessons pertaining to lifetimes that took place many hundreds of linear years in the past.

Intuition is something we all have – and we all KNOW we do. So why is it hard to connect to your intuition at times, or at least right when you need it?

In this video, I talk about just that. It’s a tricky subject, and of course varies according to the individual, but you can train your intuition to work for you on an ongoing basis (and I cover that too).

Some of the common factors that block your intuition are:

  • You don’t listen to it; ignore it so much that it goes into the background
  • The fear that your intuition will be off or wrong
  • The fear that your intuition is RIGHT and then you’ll have to know something you might not WANT to know
  • Others in your life may have a vested interest in your NOT being mega intuitive (they might feel threatened and not want you to know, and so you turn it off so as to make them more comfortable)

Once you are aware of what might be standing in the way of your intuition working on an ongoing basis for you, you can clear those blocks (sometimes just being aware of a block is all you need to blast it away).

Because your intuition does love to be heard and to work for you, the more you acknowledge it, the more it will step forward. I talk about different ways you can do that in the video above as well. It’s great fun to be in sync with your intuition, and when you realize what a gift it is, it will truly amaze you in both practical and mystical ways!

Tuning in to your own innate psychic abilities can bring you closer to God/Source energy so that you can not only know yourself, but know how to navigate the world with more grace, ease, and enlightenment.

For centuries, people in positions of power have stood in the way of the masses connecting directly to God. There was danger in “knowing too much.”

Several people have recently mentioned that they are afraid of being psychic or tuning in to their intuition because they might see something scary. And so, in this week’s rather lengthy video, I talk about the scary things that I have seen, and how I personally dealt with them.

Some people love the scary stuff! Not me. I avoid all scary movies, ghosts, and things that go bump in the night. Even the show “Stranger Things,” though it was kind of cool, gave me bad vibes.

If you want to be psychic, but don’t want any of the dark energies that can come around when you tune in, I have some very simple advice. Keep your vibration high, be happy, think about beauty and joy, surround yourself with angels (who come when you pray to them and ask them for help) and you will be fine.

Laughter works miracles, too.

Don’t avoid tapping into your innate power – that knowing that we all have – because of any type of fear! If you set your intention high, you will only receive high guidance, elevated knowledge and intuitions that will keep you on the highest path, that will guide you in the best direction, for the best and most highly evolved outcomes. It will be ok.

Surround yourself with sparkling light, rainbow energy, beautiful music, art, children, happiness, laughter, love, nature, animals, all things healing and gorgeous. Set your intention to have your intuition tune in at that level, and miracles will unfold.

If you’re interested in learning how to be psychic, and would like specifically to develop your clairvoyant skills, there are certain practices that will help you focus and direct your clairvoyant imagery so that it’s more clear and easy to work with.

A reader/viewer asked me to discuss the ROSE method and how it pertains to clairvoyant readings, so in the video above, I chat all about it!

To sum it up, the rose method means basically you create a viewing screen in front of you, and then with your eyes closed, you visualize a rose or bubble on the screen. You just watch that for a minute, and then you ask the rose or bubble to either fill up with the energy of the person or situation you are looking at, or you ask it to give you an idea to go on that will help you figure out more about what you’re observing.

The rose method is nice because it gives you a starting point from which to gather information. You have something to focus on, a rich symbol that is simple, yet with just enough detail so that you can use it as a tool to help with your clairvoyance.

If you were to just sit down and be psychic, well, it might be hard at first to sift and sort through all the information that is coming to you (if any comes at all). When you keep it basic and use, for example, your clairvoyance with a rose, you can slowly let that come through, and then begin to determine what other extra-sensory information is coming to you as well, in the form of emotions, instantaneous knowledge, telepathic information, or clairaudience from your guides.

Being psychic is so fun and helpful, and we all have the ability to do so – we just need to work at it so we can understand what is coming through and how!

AND NOW, some fun talk about your third eye and clairvoyant pictures!!!!!

If you are interested in psychic development, this video will be a fun watch. I love it because I really like the top. I mean I love this top. I want to marry this top. Or at least wear it very, very often.

Does that make sense? Maybe not. But neither do clairvoyant pictures when you are beginning to open your third eye and play with clairvoyance.

Clairvoyance doesn’t make sense practically speaking. It’s very creative and imaginative, and many people are not in the space to really let go and let the pictures inform them, because the pictures are oftentimes metaphorical and, well, downright WACKY.

But if you really stick with the wackiness, watch the pictures more, and let them begin to tell a story, you will find that clairvoyance is incredibly rich in metaphor and unbelievably accurate – in a different way that makes complete sense.

Intuition and psychic-ness is often not literal. It’s very dream-like and fluid and unusual. It’s not analytical – it’s imaginative. And therein lies the magic!

If you, like many other people, are just not feeling the Happy New Year vibes, THAT’S OK. I feel like I am stumbling into 2017, and from what I’ve been hearing from friends and clients, it’s not an uncommon thing that’s happening right now.

This year, 2017, is a 1 year in numerology. That means last year, 2016, was a 9, which marks the end of a major cycle. And when a major cycle like that ends, it’s not always with sunshine and rainbows and joy and hope. It can be incredibly painful and difficult, as it takes time for the old energy to cycle out so the new energy can start up.

Which means, if you’re not off to 2017 with a bang, just hang in there, because things will improve. It might just take time: for some, it will be weeks, and for others, a couple of months. But it will turn around.

In the mean time, you can do some clearing: clear your energy, clear your home or office space, clear your diet, clear your mind, clear your life. In fact, I’m taking an energy clearing course right now that is helping me transform old, outdated energy. It’s amazing how much lies beneath the surface!

How to TIME TRAVEL!

I have always loved the concept of time traveling. How about you?

While I don’t think anyone has yet created a little machine that humans can step into and then hurtle back in time (unless there’s a top secret government project they haven’t told us about), there are ways you can time travel with your consciousness. The easiest way to do it is via remote viewing, where you just shift your awareness with certain techniques and then direct your consciousness to go to a specific moment in the past or the future.

Of course, time traveling is one thing – another thing altogether is how to change what you see when you do it. All the movies say you can’t and mustn’t do anything to alter the whole space-time continuum. I’m not going to get into all of that here because it’s way super out there and theoretical and hypothetical and I don’t think my musings would be helpful.

What I have found interesting and helpful for clients, though, when it comes to personal healing, is the time traveling you can do to heal your own past and potentially shift your own future.

Time Traveling to Heal Your Past

Through deep meditative techniques, and through hypnosis as well, you can ABSOLUTELY travel back into your past and heal things. Now, I’m not sure about literally CHANGING events, because that is hardcore, but there is a technique where you can go back to really difficult times in your past and comfort yourself as you’re experiencing something depressing or traumatic, and that process is extremely healing and empowering.

Time Traveling to View and/or Create Your Future

Through the same deep meditative and hypnotic techniques, you can take a look at your future. Because what you do in the present affects your future, you can also create your future and/or work to affect a new outcome. This is sort of the same thing as visualization, only it’s a tad more powerful when your brain waves are in that mode they get into when you meditate or are under hypnosis.

There are some funny time traveling videos on YouTube that show “proof” that people have time-traveled via old photographs. I think the “Time-Traveling Hipster” one is kind of funny especially because he doesn’t really look like a hipster to me and, has anyone heard of Photoshop? The thing is, you can actually bring the holographic image of your body with you when you time travel, and some people can see that, but they typically perceive it as a ghost or apparition.

Bottom line to all of this is that there is so much more to the world as we see it than…the world as we see it. Layers and dimensions and possibilities are all around us, and the more we open up to them, the more they open up to us.

The only limits are the ones we create and believe in.


When I first started becoming aware of the world of energy, and I heard about “emotional empaths,” I thought they were a rare breed of super-psychic, sensitive people who were different from everyone else. It turns out, that’s not necessarily the case. Empaths, you see, are highly affected by the energies around them. Often referred to as “sponges,” and they get thrown off by other people’s moods and emotions, sensing their joy and excitement (which can be ok to feel), but also their anger, depression, sorrow, and pain (which is awful to feel – especially because a lot of empaths have a hard time discerning whether these feelings belong to themselves, or someone else). Nowadays, I’m almost starting to think it’s more strange NOT to be an empath than to be one, because most of the people I meet for readings and healings are emotional empaths to some degree or another.
If you find your emotions swinging all over the place for no apparent reason, or start to feel overwhelmed, weirded out, or bombarded by energies in different places or spaces, you might (like a lot people) be empathic. The following techniques can help you to get grounded, centered, and back to your own vibration.
1. If a place feels off to you, leave it. Don’t hang around for any “logical” reason – just get out. 
There’s a shop near my home that has amazing clothes, but every time I go in there I get a headache and leave feeling crappy. I’m not going there again anytime soon – unless I’m really ready to risk a potentially amazing fashion find for feeling bad for an afternoon.
2. Do certain people make you feel “off?” If so, create distance between your body and theirs. 
Don’t keep interacting with someone who makes you feel uncomfortable in any way. Get the heck away from them! If any of these people happen to be your boss or co-workers, it’s time to get a new job.
3. If you’re stuck sitting somewhere and you can’t stand it anymore, get up and start walking around. 
Leave the building and walk around the block if you can – just start moving.
4. When you’re feeling down, or not yourself, listen to music. 
Trust your intuition to tell you what you need – soothing, classical music, upbeat, fun music, or mellow, chill-out tunes. The notes will shift your vibration and bring you back to center.
5. Feeling totally burned out? Retreat in solitude for a while.
Take a bath, hide out in your bedroom and watch movies or read books or magazines, or go by yourself to your favorite place in nature. If you can, get out of town for a weekend. The distance will recharge your batteries.
6. Create an Energetic No-Fly Zone around your aura.
Envision your aura as it surrounds your body. Imagine it stretching to 10 feet (or more) in every direction, up above your head, down below your feet, and all around your body. Then see a strong, unbreakable, bullet-proof shield around the edges that keeps all foreign energy out. If you’re feeling super bombarded and threatened, make the shield into iron and put sharp thorns or spikes in it. The more you reinforce this imagery, the more you’ll find that people respect your space, and your vibration will in turn become less sponge-like and absorbent.
7. Did you just get slimed by someone? This shamanic/witchy routine may help.
This technique should be reserved for when you really super need help with clearing. It’s called an “egg cleanse.” Take a raw white egg, hold it between your hands, and pray, pray, pray that it will absorb any negative vibes from your body. Run it all over your head, down your arms, and circle it around each of your chakras, envisioning at all times that it’s absorbing any and all negative energy from your body. When you’re done, throw it into the toilet so it cracks, and then flush the egg – and the bad vibes – away forever.
8. Get creative with crystals, oils, and amulets.
There’s a reason these tools have been in existence for ages. Black tourmaline is great for empaths. Hold it in your hand or over your solar plexus chakra and imagine it protecting you from unwanted stuff. Lemon essential oil cleanses other people’s vibes from your body, and rosemary, lavender, and cedar help strengthen your personal vibration. Any amulet in the form of a ring, necklace, or bracelet will remind you of your own strength and help you from soaking up, and being affected by, other people’s stuff.
9. Go into child’s pose.
This yoga position always helps you regain your own energy. Take a few deep, cleansing breaths and ask your guides to help you release any energy that’s not yours so that you can stay centered, focused, and grounded.
10. Ask yourself what you need right now, and then do it – immediately!
It could be as simple as petting your cat, going for a run, downing a glass of water, eating some chocolate or watching something that will make you laugh out loud. Try this experiment in tuning in to your higher self, and you will definitely receive guidance that is good for you at any given moment.
