Christmas is just a few short days away, and then we have a brand new year. That’s why I thought it would be nice to chat about a fun, easy, and practical way to change your vibration and start 2018 with a clean and sparkling tone!

I recently saw a friend of mine who had just had a powerful Pranic Healing session that really helped her shift and release some dense energies. As she was talking about it, I noticed that her wedding band, which has diamonds all around it, was sparkling. I complimented her on it and she said “Oh my God! It’s because HE CLEANED IT!” Ever the pragmatist, I asked, “You mean he CLEANSED it with energy, or he literally CLEANED it?” And she said “BOTH! He did an energy clearing on it, and then he scrubbed it with a jewelry cleaner.” I had to laugh because it was so unique and kinda funny to me…and I just absolutely loved it.

Her band was so pretty and sparkling, and she herself seemed more radiant and buoyant. We talked about how the clean and sparkling ring might bring a nice fresh energy into her marriage and life in general.

You see, the things you wear often become a part of your vibration. They take on the energy you emanate. If the things you are wearing are dull, worn out, or dingy, that will affect your energy too. Just like your jewelry can get gunky, so can your aura/vibration.

In the video above, I chat about all of this, including the idea of holding on to things that you don’t necessarily like or even want to have. By wearing things that are not in an optimal, fresh, clean condition, or by keeping and wearing things you don’t love, you are weighing yourself down, and that energy does affect you.

But by ceremoniously adorning yourself with jewelry and clothing that you love, articles that are kept clean and in nice condition, you are not only gracing your vibration with their essence, but you are making a statement to yourself about your true value and worth.

Just as you cleanse your crystals and clear your home, you can also cleanse and clear the stuff you put on your body. Maybe set your jewelry out in the sunlight or moonlight to charge and clear it. Or, if it won’t damage it, clean it with sea salt. And the same goes for your garments. Shake them out, give them some air to breathe, or donate them if they no longer resonate with you.

I send you the BEST wishes for a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year. And remember, if there’s anything in your life that you need assistance with, I’m here to help with readings, energy healings, on-demand meditations and my psychic development training program. So just reach out! 🙂

For many people, the term “aura” seems pretty new-agey. But when you think about it, it makes perfect sense – everything that vibrates naturally emits an energetic force field, so your aura is just the vibration that your cells, molecules, and emotions make.

It is very easy to work with your aura: by just imagining it changing, it actually does change. This, too, makes common sense, because when a particle/photon/electron is viewed, it changes – that’s Quantum Theory.

A healthy aura equates to a healthy body and emotional field, so if you work to balance both, you’ll be in great shape. Here are some of the things your aura needs to be healthy and strong:

  • Sunlight
  • Nature
  • Fresh clean water
  • Fresh clean foods
  • Plenty of rest
  • Good physical activity
  • Positive emotions
  • Positive thoughts
  • High-vibrational music
  • High-vibrational atmospheres

And there you have it! Everything on the opposite end of that list equates to a weaker, clogged, clouded or even torn aura. The good thing is, damage to the aura can be repaired with energy work and intention. You can do this yourself by simply following the basics of the list above, or by working with an energy healer, massage therapist/bodyworker, traditional therapist, TCM practitioner, etc.

A nice, clean, strong aura keeps you feeling good and clear. It helps you manifest what you want to experience in life, and it equates to good physical health as well. Maintaining your aura is as important as brushing your teeth, and it’s as easy to do as applying lotion to your body each day. 🙂

It’s imperative for your personal and spiritual growth that you take time out for self-care, to slow down, tune out the noise of the world around you, and retreat. However you wish to do that is your prerogative (I just noticed how funny that word is spelled!), but just be sure to do it and know that this, too, will impact your overall health, happiness, and well-being!
