Laughter is the Best Medicine


I’ve been working with a lot of wonderful, incredible clients this year. Recently, many have been asking your about life’s purpose, and seeking to understand the deeper meanings of things you are experiencing; ways to heal old wounds, forge new ground, and find your true place in this world. While seriousness and dedication to discovering and then following your path is vital to your fulfillment, so is joy and laughter. We (myself included) put so much pressure on ourselves to do the right thing, and then feel guilty if we decide to do the wrong thing, or spin around in circles just trying to figure out what we’re supposed to be doing, what it all means, and why. Sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves it to take a break, to relax, and to laugh. Nothing relieves stress like pure, true, unrestricted laughter. This video cracked me up, so I had to share.
