I’m sure you’ve heard of the white light technique, and how working with the white light can help keep you protected and your energy clear. I love the white light as much as any spiritually oriented person, but today I want to share with you another technique that is just as effective (or even more so).

It’s called the WARM GOLD light.

Warm gold energy really washes through you when you pour it down into your crown chakra, and the warmth of the gold is very cleansing and restorative. I liken it to how Yogis say it’s better to drink warm water or warm liquids than cold, because the warm essence removes toxins from your body. The warm gold energy sort of removes energetic plaque from your chakras and your aura. Gold is very nurturing and healing, and so doing this is like taking a warm gold energy bath that gets you all good and restored!

It’s very easy to visualize this (I walk you through it in the video above).

These processes and techniques may seem imaginary and very pretend-like, but get this! When you do the work with other people who see and feel energy, they will be able to tell what color you’re using and projecting (I’ve seen that time and time again in clairvoyant practice groups). So you’re not just imagining it – it does have a real, lasting effect – especially if you do it regularly.

So have fun with the warm gold and let me know if you notice anything different!

I’ve been so lucky with my body in this lifetime! Despite the fact that my mother had cancer when she was pregnant with me, and died from cancer when I was 15, my body’s been fine. I dislocated a knee in 6th grade and that’s been the extent of it.

However, as time has gone by, my body has started to hold on to emotional wounds and scars and carry them in the form of pain and tightness.

Several years ago, I dislocated a shoulder, and then did it two more times. Ouch! The last time it was dislocated was when my son Ivan was a baby. It has never healed, and I never had the time to go to physical therapy, and so now it pretty much always hurts. This hurt has traveled up to my jaw, all along my wing on the back, and now that I hold so much tension all over there, my right hip went out of whack and my lower back started to hurt – for the first time ever.

Your body is an instrument that can work for you or against you, and just like a plant that suffers without water or sunlight, your body suffers when you don’t give it – and your very essence – the things that you need.

And it’s not just the basic nourishment. Your body needs to dwell in an environment that’s right for you, to be surrounded by people that are good for you, and to work and create a life that is allows your spirit to fulfill its purpose and to thrive.

Today I had the great opportunity to do an amazing yoga class with a friend who just got certified as a yoga instructor. The stretches and exercises we did were so good for my body, and it released some of that pain and tension it’s been holding on to. She had me focus strictly on the parts of the body I was moving, and as I did so, my body spoke to me. I tend to be in my head a lot, so this was pretty cool. It was the best yoga class I’ve ever done!

The more you let your body tell you what it needs, what it really craves, what it likes and what it doesn’t like, the more you’ll get your body on board to help you create the circumstances you need in your life in order to thrive, and to prevent serious pain and illness.

To ignore your body and/or go against what it needs is tantamount to attacking or not supporting yourself. I’ve worked with so many people who just straight out admit that they don’t like their bodies and they don’t like their reflections in the mirror. But that’s terrible, and so sad. The body is just like this robot shell your spirit chose to inhabit for a lifetime. Why not embrace it, and get it to work for you?

Just try, for today, to look down at your hands and tell them how much you like them. Wiggle your toes and think about how happy you are that they’re here and they work for you. Look at your reflection in the mirror and say “Hey, Gorgeous!” or “Hi, Handsome!” even if you feel silly doing it.

I’ll be working on the same things, too, because I don’t want my body to go into revolt in 5 years because I didn’t give it what it needs now. 🙂

Clairvoyance, or Clear Seeing, involves seeing things through your mind’s eye, or the lense of your imagination, and then interpreting what you see.

Everything is Based on Pictures

It’s based on the notion that everything that comprises your reality is based on pictures that are charged with energy. These pictures are the foundation of everything. They can be solid pictures taken from something you’ve seen or experienced before, or pictures from the collective unconscious.

When you work with pictures, you can start to change them, and therefore change your reality. Clairvoyant schools teach a method whereby you “blow up” a picture charged with an emotion, and then move the energy that infuses that picture and heal yourself.

How to Heal a Matching Picture

Let’s say you have a major fear about something. All you have to do to heal this fear is to take a few minutes to quiet your mind and go within, then create an image or symbol of a rose in your imagination. Let that rose fill up with the energy of what you’re fearing, or what the fear really stems from, and don’t judge or try to interpret what you see. Just let it be.

You might get a sense or feeling about what comes up, or simply have an understanding of what that picture symbolizes.

Next, just direct that rose to explode, and know that as that picture disappears, so does the energy that charges it, as well as it’s hold on you. Take as much time as you need to. And when it disappears completely, you’re done. Simple as that.

You might want to create more roses around this subject, or just be done with it and see how you feel.

It’s Simple

Don’t get tricked by the simplicity of this. It doesn’t have to be complicated to work. The more simple the process, the more powerful. The trick is allowing yourself to get into the right mindset, and to firmly believe and understand that you are working in the subtle realms of energy and clairvoyance.

For more info on how to use this and other methods to heal and do readings for others, check out Activate Your Psychic Super Powers. It’s an 8-week program designed to lead you through the process step-by-step, with text and guided meditations.

Next time you feel a major issue coming up, or you’re in a place where you’re ready to heal some fears or limiting beliefs that are holding you back, try this process. Let me know how it goes!

New Fun Things!

I just added a couple of new free meditations to the store page of this website. One is on increasing your self-worth and self-love, and the other is on attracting more abundance into your life. Check them out and let me know what you think!

At the bottom of the page, you’ll see I also added a new meditation that I’m calling the Energetic Facelift/Beautification Healing Meditation. When you work with color, vibration, and energy, you can literally shift the cells and molecules that make up your body (which is made entirely of energy anyway!) and create positive changes. Since everyone wants to look better in some way or another, I thought this would be a fun meditation to use on a regular basis. It’s only $15 – less than anything you’d find at Sephora and a lot less than a real face lift!

While you’re at the store, check out the courses and things I’ve created covering topics like spirit guides, soul mates, psychic protection, releasing blocks, and healing your body with energy work. They’ve all been designed to help you with some of the biggest issues you’re facing so that you can make lasting, positive changes in your life. In the mean time, I’ll be working on a past life regression meditation, a chakra healing program, and anything else you request!

I am very good at reading someone’s character in a session (i.e. Mary will ask about Mark, and I will right away be able to tell her if he is decent or if he’s a scumbag). In person, though, in my own life, I have to work at things, because my ego gets all wrapped up in relationships and I can’t tell whether or not I’m being super clear about how I’m seeing people and situations.

Looking back over the years, I can tell you a few very interesting things that came up right away when I met certain people. I remember meeting one dear friend and just knowing instantly that I loved this person and knew her “from before.” On the flip side, one of THE MOST telltale warning signs that has worked best for me is if someone has the look of “crazy” in their eyes. I know that look, I have seen that look, and when I see it, it’s time to run. Aside from that, though, I get lazy when it comes to inviting people into my life, or figuring out what the deal is between us. That’s not good, because it can lead to problems. You’d think that with all these years of learning how to be psychic under my belt, I’d be a little more discerning with people, right? Well, you’d be correct, and I am working harder now to read people’s motives and understand their personalities before I decide to work with them, or be friends with them. As for family, you can’t change them, but you can figure out why they act the way they do and not blame yourself. More on family in another post.

That little diatribe aside, you don’t have to spend years and years learning how to develop your psychic/intuitive abilities in order to read someone’s energy. You can pretty much figure it out in a few different ways. Here are 3 of the easiest:

1. Look into their eyes.

Yes, it’s true: the eyes are the window to the soul. But you can really easily develop a way to read someone by checking out their eyes. Do they look truthful and sincere? Or is there a hint of wickedness? I remember a job interview I had ages ago, and one moment in which the woman got a weird look to her eyes. She crinkled them up and looked at me oddly. She was normal enough I guess, but a horrible person to work with/for – she buttered up the higher-ups, and then gossiped, spread rumors, and became BFFs with the HR ladies, establishing a sense of court-like hierarchy for herself. I probably shouldn’t have accepted that job offer but hey, live and learn.

2. Notice how YOU feel in their presence.

If you are reading this, you are probably a sensitive, intuitive person anyway. If you weren’t, you wouldn’t care about this type of subject, right? So this is going to be SUPER easy for you. Just do a gut-check and see how you feel around someone. If you feel depressed, anxious, or uneasy in any way, and you didn’t feel like that before you were around that person, there’s your clue. Either they are having a bad day or are in a bad mood, OR they just have stinky energy. If you’d like, give them another chance and see how they are the next time you are around them, and you’ll be able to tell from there.

3. Look at what they’re wearing, watch their body language, and, above all else, LISTEN to what they are saying.

While it is true that beauty is only skin deep, people will show you a lot about who they are by how they dress, how they carry themselves, and, most importantly, by what they talk about. For example, if you know someone who is always complaining, or who gossips or speaks ill of other people, chances are they’ll gossip about you, too. And who needs THAT?

You can play a little game with yourself where you notice what people are wearing, how they are acting, and what they’re saying, and then make up a narrative about who they are; like a little story. This is not about snooping or getting into someone’s business – this is a valuable exercise that will help you discern whether or not certain people will be good for you to engage with.

It is wonderful to give people the benefit of the doubt, to look past appearances and see the gem of a soul within, but sometimes you really have to be clean and clear about who people are, and have boundaries regarding who you let into your life. Respect yourself and your energy, and practice reading people before you get involved with them!

For more info on how to do readings, check out Activate Your Psychic Super Powers, the program my friend Debra Lynne Katz and I developed, which is based on her book, You are Psychic: The Art of Clairvoyant Reading and Healing. It leads you through doing a reading in an easy, step-by-step method over the course of 8 weeks.

Recently, a colleague and I exchanged notes on the sessions we do, and how some people are wonderful and easy to work with, while others are so difficult and negative that we just want to hang up the phone and be done with it. If you are at all considering getting a reading for yourself, you need to understand 100% that you are just as responsible for the outcome of your session as the person who is reading you or working with your energy. That said, here are some major dos and don’ts to follow before you book a session with anyone in the healing arts.

DON’T be Down, Dark, and in the Dumps.

If you want the best healing session possible, DO NOT arrive in emergency-drama-panic-fear mode. For starters, it is energetically irresponsible and just plain rude for you to come to your session dark, down, and negative, expecting the reader/healer to zap through your cloud of turmoil, turn you around, make you happy, give you all the answers, and make it all better in 60 minutes or less.

Yes, you may be in pain, but a reading is not a place to dump your shit like some kind of Exxon oil spill. It will only give you temporary relief, anyway. Breathe, calm yourself down, and get into a more decent space before a session. Ask your questions from an empowered place, knowing that YOU are in charge of your destiny and your life. As you do this, your energy will naturally become more centered and balanced. And this is what you need in order to direct your life from a higher vibration of love and light.

DO say a prayer and set an intention for yourself before your session.

It can be as formal or informal as you’d like it to be, but it will be extremely helpful for you to acknowledge Higher Power and pray/request that you receive the highest level of positive information and healing during your session. Ask that you and the reader/healer are both guided in the light, and that you hear what you need to hear so that you can be in alignment with God and the universe in order to be happy, to thrive, to be of service, and to grow your soul.

DON’T expect a reader or energy healer to magically FIX you.

You need to do the work in your life. A reading or healing session will help shift your energy and give you insight into what you need to do next in order to repair your life or get back on track, but it will not do the work for you. Don’t blame your practitioner if things aren’t going the way you want them to. Do some soul-searching and accept responsibility for your own energy, your own karma, and your own choices.

DO BE OPEN to what comes through.

One of the hardest things for readers is telling people what the NEED TO KNOW, which is not always what they WANT TO HEAR. In fact, this is personally one of my biggest struggles because I hate to piss people off. Once, a woman asked me why a certain man didn’t like her. It turns out he would rather be with someone homely and COOL that someone really pretty and BITCHY. Sadly, she fell into the latter category. She didn’t want to hear that, but it was the truth. She had asked me to tell the truth, and I did. She also got angry with me when I said her wedding date might not be until a few years down the line. She specifically asked me to look into the future and get that information for her, and when I did, she didn’t like it. Talk about dark, angry, and negative! In any event, that brings me to the next DO, which is…

DO ask how you can change (or best direct) your future.

If you don’t like an answer you get, don’t be angry. Ask how you can change it. God gave you free will, which means that even if a reader sees that things might turn out a certain way, you can totally change it. Nobody can predict the future with 100% accuracy, because we all have free will.

DON’T expect to IMMEDIATELY understand everything the person says during a session.

Be open, let the information sink in, and mull things over. I recently had two separate sessions with two different readers. The first one mentioned something to me which was interesting but didn’t really make sense to me at the time. When the second one uttered the EXACT SAME WORDS in the same sentence, I gasped. This was something I needed to really pay attention to!!! And I listened. It is still making more sense to me as the weeks pass by, and I’m mostly just marveling at the incredibly magical way in which things can unfold when you’re open, willing to receive guidance, tuned in and paying attention.

DO ask how you can heal yourself, connect with God, and receive your own guidance.

Since the dawn of mankind, people have become used to giving their power away. That cycle is now ending. We are entering into an era now where we are gaining more truth and knowledge about God, creation, energy, and how the universe works. This means every single person alive has permission to talk to God, to be psychic, to be authentically powerful, to heal themselves and heal others. We are on equal playing ground here. Information is EVERYWHERE, literally at our very fingertips. So why not ask your practitioner how you can get more aligned with your own inner guidance? A true healer will be THRILLED that you’re asking empowering questions like this, as this is the direction we are all being called to follow.

It’s really important that you stay focused, calm, centered and grounded during a session. Know that only YOU can truly heal your life. A reader or energy healer can offer you sound guidance and help to re-align your energies so that you remember how powerful you really are. But you have to do the work. You have to stop making the same mistakes. You have to be responsible for how you think, how you run your own energy, what you eat, what you do, and what you say. Remember that you chose to experience everything you are now experiencing, and there is a reason for all of it.

Last year, I did this live Total Body Transformation workshop, which was so great that my friend and teacher Debra Lynne Katz and I turned it into a 3-month Total Body Transformation Boot Camp that was just awesome. We’re working on a larger-scope project with this, but if you’re interested in that initial workshop, I made a nice recording of it with all the techniques that you can download over at the store page: http://www.krishanti.com/p/krishantis-store.html.

OK, so now that spring has sprung, it’s a great time to get outside and start exercising and moving your body. The thing is, exercise without intention doesn’t provide as great results as exercise with intention. If you slog though 30 minutes on the elliptical looking at the “Bad News” on the news, your body is going to feel blah (or, worse yet, just plain bad) thinking about all the stuff that’s wrong in the world. Not to mention the electromagnetic waves emanating from the TV screen that’s attached to those things, which isn’t healthy.

If you focus on your body while you’re exercising, though, and you channel your thoughts toward what you want your body to look like and how you want to feel, you change the game. It doesn’t have to be arduous. In fact, it shouldn’t be.

In order for exercise to work really well energetically, and to transform your body, you want it to be FUN. Or at least COOL, something that you can feel you’re really in the zone with.

Try this: the next time you’re exercising, listen to some upbeat music that you love (that totally sounded like something out of Reader’s Digest or Women’s Day magazine – sorry!). What I’m trying to get at is you have to get something you REALLY REALLY LOVE that makes you feel AMAZING. Look for something new, if you can, unless it’s something old that reminds you of a GREAT time in your life and makes you feel sexy and strong and healthy and happy.

Just really get into the music as you exercise, and do not by any means entertain any negative thoughts about your body whatsoever. Imagine that you’re dancing. As you do this, think about and visualize BRILLIANT, happy, sparkly shining golden light coursing all through your body. Feel that energy, and pour love through yourself inside and out. Just LOVE your body, love your aura, love yourself from your head to your feet. I wish I could demonstrate how this works in an exercise class, because there’s one song in particular I recently discovered that actually helps you move energy through your chakras and central meridian and it’s beyond amazing. And you’d never think it because it’s a total dance-pop party song and I’m not going to tell you who it’s by!!! BUT IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you can keep that sort of thing up the entire time you’re exercising, or at least most of the time, you’ll not only start to transform your body, but you’ll change your energy vibration as well. You will look radiant and you will glow from the inside out.

The more you make that a practice, the better and better your body will look and feel.

Try it and let me know how it goes!!!

There are many different vibrations we can resonate with at any given time. The world is so full of fear, stress, and anxiety that many of us run these vibrations through our body constantly, sometimes not even fully aware that we are doing so. It takes effort to shift our vibrations and raise them to an octave that resonates more fully with who our spirits are and what we want to match up with and manifest in our lives. But that effort doesn’t need to be difficult. It can be blissfully easy and actually ridiculously simple to do. You just have to use your intent.

The next time you feel like your vibes are off, try one of these 5 ways to raise them:

1. Get out of the situation or room you’re in.

If things are getting too heavy, give yourself a break. You don’t HAVE to be stuck there. Get out. Go to the bathroom. Walk around the block. Run around the block. Or just get in your car and drive away altogether. If you can sing or hum or listen to music as you’re doing this, all the better – it will raise your vibes. Notice what’s around you and really pay attention to what you see. Move your body, get out of your head, and your vibes will instantly get higher.

2. Pet your cat or dog or bunny or pet gerbil.

In an audio I have from Abraham and Ester and Jerry Hicks, (I LOVE THEM!) Jerry says something like “I don’t want to feel bad. In fact, I’m going to sit here and pet my cat until I feel a little better.” Animals have great vibes, and cats in particular have a sort of chi that naturally helps soothe humans who like cat energy. Of course, whatever pet you have will love you and love to help you raise your vibes. Think about how much you love your animal friend and as you pet him or her, flowing pink and golden energy out through your hands. The animal will feel it and get a little healing, too. Allow that shared healing vibration to soothe your soul and raise your vibes.

3. Get your humor on board.

Joy and true laughter raises vibes in an INSTANT! Get a friend to tell you a funny story, or go find your favorite funny video on youtube. When I first started doing readings in a healing center, I became friends with a co-worker who had my exact same sense of humor. I think he is hysterically funny. We laughed our days away, playing tricks on each other in between sessions, listening to music, telling funny jokes, and just having the best time. My energy was so good, despite the pain of all the people I was doing sessions for. The world takes everything so seriously. Laughter just breaks up darkness and brings in good, happy, high vibrations. Try to see the humor in everything, including your own personal drama. Try and make fun of yourself and make light of issues that are weighing you down. Easier said than done, but the more you try, the better you’ll get at it.

4. Do something deliciously lavish for yourself.

This may mean taking a serious bubble bath, eating a bowl of popcorn on a Tuesday at 2pm, or opening a really nice bottle of wine for no reason other than you want to raise your vibes. Buy something pretty or cool for yourself. Enjoy the nice things you can do because you’re a grownup. Your vibes will respond accordingly.

5. Do something good for someone else.

Smile at a stranger, hold the door for someone, or wait til a mother and her baby fully cross the street instead of cutting through the crosswalk in front of them in your car. If you’re in a situation where someone needs help, help them. Make a connection. If you feel like that’s not possible, at least think about what you can donate to others, or how you can help contribute to a greater cause on some level. Put a dollar in the tip jar, or in the donation box.

I love all of these things, but the best and very fastest thing that works for me is getting my humor on board. In fact, recently, when about to do some intense readings and healings, I’ve been saying a prayer and asking for higher guidance to help us lighten the tone and see the situation with more joy and humor. It is such a wonderful, high vibration, and laughter and joy really do break up darkness.

Reinvent Your Self-Image and Change Your Life!

You know what you want in life, but somehow, things just aren’t coming together. What’s wrong with you? Why are you stuck? In this workshop, we’ll focus on shifting your vibration, waking up your soul, and re-programming your subconscious mind so you can reinvent yourself and start living the life you want. Many times, we can’t accept change because we’re used to keeping ourselves small. As difficult as it is to be stuck in a rut, there’s a comfort in knowing what to expect.

If you have a deep desire for some positive changes to take place, 2014 (the Year of the Horse) is the year to do it.

The exercises in this workshop will help you to:

  • Discover why you’ve been keeping yourself small
  • Free yourself from the limitations other people are putting on you
  • Re-establish a new image for yourself that will help you move forward in life
  • Jump-start your subconscious mind and get rid of insidious self-sabotaging energies
  • Shift your vibration so you’re more in alignment with your true spirit and your own higher power
  • Re-claim your 3rd chakra power so you can start taking clear and right action
  • Find your voice, so you can speak your truth and be confident about what you want out of life, regardless of what the world around you thinks
  • Release yourself from the shackles of past circumstances

Change can be uncomfortable, but what’s more uncomfortable is living a life that doesn’t match what you truly want for yourself. This class is like an energetic makeover, and if you continue with the exercises introduced, you will see a positive impact! Reinvent your self image and change your life – now is the time for action!

Happy New Year!

Have you written your resolutions for 2014 out yet? If you can do it at some point this week, that would be great. The first step in manifesting what you want is to identify it. Your list is like a road map. It’s not just an idle way to daydream – it’s a critical component in the whole process.

The art of bringing ideas into reality is an alchemical technique, one that we do naturally for basic things in life, but one that requires a great deal more energy and focus when it comes to creating bigger experiences and achieving larger goals.

I’m still getting the hang of the whole process myself, and I’m delighted when things show up. Here are 5 ways to keep your resolutions moving forward with full steam throughout 2014:

1. Bring your desire into focus daily both physically and energetically.
Many of us write our resolutions down, and then tuck them away somewhere to gather dust. I just found the resolutions I wrote for 2013 on a bookshelf. I glanced at the list, noticed I’d done some things, but not all, and then put it back on the shelf. In order to make your resolutions last, you have to take that list and work on it daily. Do a manifestation meditation for major goals that you need extra help with on a DAILY basis (a lot of great ones are in Debra Katz’s book, Freeing the Genie Within). Then take physical steps, too. Go to the exercise class you resolved to participate in. Force yourself to get out there and network. Stop eating cookies during the week. Make yourself get up early and work on your book. Actually do the things you need to do to stay on track. It’s simple, but it’s something a lot of us just forget to do – and then we wonder why we’re not living the lives we ideally want to live!

2. Guard Your Dreams with Care.
If one or more of your resolutions is a major, big-time goal, be careful who you share it with. Not everyone will “get” what you’re intending to do, and if you go to them, filled with excitement and joy and hope, all it takes is one negative comment, or one warning, to burst your bubble. There’s also a superstition about keeping things under wrap until they’re really official ON. You need to conserve your creative energy, and guard it, because it you babble on about it, you might actually dilute the potency of the whole thing. So guard  your dream with care, and keep it a secret. Share it only with people you know will support you fully.

3. Let Your Imagination Work for You.
Your imagination is a brilliant essence unlike anything else. It’s the part of your brain where your spirit comes through, and this triggers your intuition, the part of you that will guide you right to where you want to be. Use your imagination to paint pictures of what you want. You can imagine it in your mind’s eye, creating a scene that you step into daily, or you can paint it, or write it out. The key is to do it on a regular basis. Pretend that you’ve accomplished what you’ve accomplished. Imagine that everything is the way you wish it to be. Relax, and make believe that all is well. The more you train yourself to get into this mode, the more you’ll see that your actual life experiences are aligning with what you wish to create. Don’t think – imagine.

What are your big resolutions for 2014? Do you think you can really achieve them? What will it take to get you there?
