I am really good at making things difficult, even when I don’t intend to do so. Basically I am so used to things being hard that I don’t know how to make them easy – or there is some programming there that makes me feel like it’s not supposed to be easy. Do you ever feel like that?

Before I get more into this, first let me tell you a little story about where I am these days…spirit-wise that is.

Last year, around May in fact!, I started experiencing this shift in energy. It was like nothing I have ever felt before – like an opening in my throat with a pressure on the right side of my head. I consulted with one of my most trusted psychic friends and meditated a great deal, and decided to pursue it more. Turns out, when I tune in, I am in a whole other space – what they call the 4th and 5th – and am getting downloads from light beings who are basically…a group of Ascended Masters.

I work with them daily now, and while I have been hogging a lot of their time with personal issues, I do get messages of a larger nature that I can share with you. And please note, I have been hesitant to broadcast this because it’s so new and different (for me, at least). But the messages are so strong, so loving, and so helpful that it is time to start sharing them with you.

Recently they (and by they, it’s first my main Blue Guide who I have known for a while now but I can hear much more clearly now, and then others, layer upon layer of others, who I see mostly by color and PS some are divine feminine healers, a group of them!) started talking to me about making things difficult and they said I could share it.

So this transmission was about that – about reasons why, and about what to do when things are difficult. I found it really helpful. Especially at the end, when they talk about people in the darkness who SPAT at the light (I was not sure if they said “spit” or “spat” but I liked the way “spat” sounded).

Let me start out by saying that this wasn’t meant to have anything to do with the US election. I recorded it in September. But I felt it might be timely, and so here it is. And I’m not going to say anything political because there is enough of all that going around and my voicing my opinion here doesn’t matter as much as just sharing what I know can help if you’re feeling upset by this, or by anything else in your life.

So video above explains spiritual things you can do to get grounded and regain hope when you feel crushed and powerless. I’ll sum them up, and add a few, below:

  • Breathe
  • Breathe some more
  • Listen to music
  • Keep your vibe light by eating clean foods
  • Hydrate with water or coconut water
  • Take care of your body: shower, bathe, groom! Get a wax, get a facial, a mani/pedi, a body scrub, get your hair done (but nothing you might later regret girl), get a massage, soak in sea salts, get into a wood sauna or steam room, get some acupuncture or acupressure or cupping and any and everything else you can think of for your PHYSICAL BODY!
  • Do something for someone else
  • Donate your time or money to a charitable cause
  • Pray to higher power, angels, ascended masters, and guides
  • Watch a good movie or 2 or 3
  • Read a good book
  • Talk it out with friends or family or your therapist or healer
  • Go running, swimming, cycling, or do yoga or anything physical
  • Rest
  • Meditate
  • Keep breathing
  • Get an energy healing (any kind that resonates with you)
  • Garden, walk, hike, swim: commune with nature
  • Talk to or pet animals
  • Shop
  • Sing and dance if you can
  • Do any other self-soothing, self-caring ritual your intuition guides you to

Remember, too, that you’re not alone. You’re never alone. We all go through things and there is always a cycle to the way events occur in our lives. Let’s just hold the space for each other now, share the love and light, and be good to one another. In the end, love and light always prevail.


How do you feel about the way you look – REALLY?

I have worked with so many people from all walks of life, and believe you me when I tell you, 95% (if not MORE!) of all of us are not thrilled with how we look.

Whether it’s because of how we were raised, how other kids treated us in school (in 4th grade a cute popular boy stared at me and when I asked him why he said “Because you are so ugly! You look like an ugly witch, with your big ugly witch nose and your ugly witch chin.”), or anything else – we all have appearance issues. Even the models and actors (especially the models and actors, LOL).

Spiritually speaking, this disconnect from our bodies is obviously painful and causes a rift between how our spirit and soul expresses itself in this physical reality. If you hate your body or the way you look, it’s not comfortable for your spirit to fully occupy it, so it’s hard to be fully present in the here and now, and, bottom line, to fully enjoy your life. That means it’s hard to:

1. be happy
2. feel good
3. manifest things and experiences you want
4. radiate love from your heart chakra to yourself and everyone around you
5. keep your body healthy and strong

(to name a few things!)

In this video I talk about a couple of very simple and fun techniques to raise your self-esteem and not cringe at your reflection in a mirror or your image in a photograph.

Another thing you can do, which I didn’t really cover so much, is to just LOVE LOVE LOVE your body for working for you. Love your hands for doing all these things for you. Love your feet for supporting you. Love your eyes for seeing, your ears for hearing, your mouth for tasting and talking, your brain for thinking, your heart for beating, your lungs for breathing. Be gentle and good to yourself. Stop with the criticism: enough is enough.
