When I do a session with a person, I tune out their physical presence and connect with their energetic vibration, as that’s what they’re really projecting out into the world – their energy. Sometimes, a person’s energy is similar to their physical appearance, but other times, it’s completely different. No matter what they look like on the outside, some people have an energy that’s filled with light, joy, and love, while others have an energy that pulses with fear, insecurity, and sorrow. Guess which people are feeling more confident and worthy, regardless of their station in life?
It’s not so much who you are, as who you THINK and FEEL you are, that makes the difference in your vibration, the energetic imprint you’re emitting, and the amount of confidence and self-worth that you feel. I’ve seen the most beautiful, outwardly-successful-looking people in the world struggling with success and happiness because they lack the feelings confidence and self-worth they need in order to project a strong, positive, happy vibration. I’ve likewise seen the most humble-looking people radiate such a force field of true positivity and love that they look and feel dazzlingly gorgeous. Nothing is insurmountable to them, and their happy, fulfilled lives truly reflect their powerfully brilliant energy.
We all have down days. After all, we’re human! But it you’re feeling like you’re muddling through more down days than up, or if you’re struggling with emotions and feelings that are negatively impacting your confidence and self-worth and therefore the overall energetic vibe you’re sending out, then it’s time to make some changes. Let yourself wallow in your feelings of self-deprication and lack of confidence and self-worth. Go all-out! Skip bathing, or shaving, forgo wearing makeup, eat ice cream and watch bad TV. Let yourself mope and cry until you just can’t stand it any more. Then, take a shower, get cleaned up, and go buy yourself a treat. It’s the dawn of a new day.
