How to Get Grounded.

So, on to getting grounded. It’s mega important to be centered and grounded because if you’re not, you tend to be spacey, not really fully present, and you have a hard time manifesting things because you’re not 100% in your body. And I haven’t met a soul who likes to have a hard time manifesting!

There are many ways to get grounded, and I talk about a few of the big easy ones in this video. I especially love music, and though some spiritual people may argue that Notorious BIG is not high-vibrational (and I get it because the subject matter is dark and controversial and there are bad words), as an artist and an icon, this guy had it dialed in and it grounds me. It’s very root chakra, all about survival on the earth plane. When I reference him as a hero, I am saying that despite his very, very hard life and tragic death, he made good music and he inspired people (just listen to JUICY).

Any music that you love will help you get grounded. Other ways to get grounded are to walk in nature, breathe deeply, connect to your hands and your feet, and be fully aware of your surroundings at all times.
